Have eaten many times over the years at this location, but in the past 2 years have noticed the whole experience has gone down and we go there less and less. Just left there this afternoon and will not be back ever. Their prices keep going up but everything else is dropping including service and taste of food. All used to be above reproach. When we got there very few people were actually in the restaurant but were all waiting to be seated. I asked if there was a problem and the hostess said no she just had to clean the tables (they were already cleaned?????). Finally the 2 of us were seated as well as the others. Hostess was neither friendly or welcoming to anyone, and the wait person had no personality at all. The house salad now has no celery and very little dressing. Half my lettuce had nothing on it. Asked for lemon for our waters and was given a plate with 2 tiny little lemon wedges. Olive oil for the bread is no longer on the table, they bring you a tiny saucer of it. My lasagna arrived barely warm when touted on the menu it would come from a wood burning oven. Sent it back and it came back just a little warmer. Decided to take it home so I could heat it myself and chalk the whole thing up to a bad experience I would not revisit. Too many other good Italian places around Douglasville to waste my time and money here.

This is probably the best place to eat in Douglasville! It is true, I work here, so I may be a little biased. Come on by on a Sunday and sit at the bar and say hi, I will show you why this is the best place to eat! There is a happy hour from 3-7 every day of the week. Most drinks are half off, and appetizers are half off at the bar only.

Horrible service...didn't even get silverware when seated. Table and booth were both dirty we had to have a second busboy come back and wipe them down. Ordered brochette appetizer and it was just buttered bread with marinara dipping sauce. For my meal I ordered Chicken Parmesan the chicken wasn't too bad..nothing great but the pasta was horrible I couldn't even take a bite..I don't know what kind of sauce that was but it was completely uneatable. I told the server and she just took it apologies given. My boyfriend ordered his meal with fettuccine alfredo and the sauce was too bad he couldn't eat it either and didn't even bother saying anything since they did nothing to compensate for my pasta. You figure for paying that kind of money for your food you would at least be able to eat half of it. The only thing that was good was our daughters cheese pizza. We are NEVER going back there again and would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We eat at this Carrabba's regularly. This is the closest we have to a "fine dining" restaurant in Douglasville, without the fine dining price tag. The food is usually amazing, but on the rare occasion that we've had a problem, it's quickly fixed (and at least that portion of our meal is comped). The service is generally great. It can get a little slow on busy nights, but the same can be said of any restaurant. Overall, it's our favorite restaurant in town, and we plan to continue eating there regularly.

these waiters don't know what the hell they are doing I ordered online went to go pick my food up ( I paid for the food online) when I get there to pick my food up the girl that came out side stated that it wasn't paid for so I paid for it cash...luckily I checked the receipt before I drove off and saw that my card was charged so I was refunded my cash but only to find out this morning 03/26/2015 that they ran my card TWICE!!!! after I was told that in fact my food was paid for online!!!...hire people that know what they are doing.

I am a frequent bar-goer here! The food is consistently good and I always have a great experience. Their bartender Leila always takes care of her customers and brings a lively and energetic presence to the bar. She's very attentive and makes great drinks! Stop by on a Sunday afternoon and enjoy a game at the bar!

We love this restaurant. The food is amazing and very tasty. Always very clean. The waitress Melissa is great, she has the best personality of any server I ever had in my life. I love this place I could eat herreveryday.

The food is pretty good if you like Italian. The decor is nice. Def a great place for a date. However the wait staff leaves something missing in the experience. And it's pretty slow.
