As we come to the close of another year, Roofers Supply would like to extend our deepest appreciation to our customers, team members and families for another great year! May 2017 bring you great joy! Wishing everyone a very Happy and prosperous New Year!

Happy Holidays! It’s the most wonderful time of the year... well, not for everyone.
While images of love and joy fill our imaginations, the reality of the holidays isn’t always so cheerful. Whether you’re racing to meet end-of-the-year deadlines, hosting holiday celebrations, dealing with family conflict/loss, or added financial strain -- the holidays have the potential to challenge our ability to cope.
Feelings of depression and negative mood affect many people during the holidays, so if you’re experiencing this…you’re not alone.
Here are a few ideas to help you cope this holiday season.
>Take care of yourself – Many of us spend time caring for the needs of others and neglect our own needs. Attend to your own feelings and healthy self-care: good nutrition, plenty of sleep, and exercise are important to well-being.
>Be realistic – Neither you, nor your holiday has to be perfect. Whether you uphold holiday traditions or explore new ways to celebrate, consider your expectations and remain flexible.
>Stay Connected – Support is vital to managing depression/stress. Maintain connections to family and friends. Talking with others can do a world of good.
However, if you’re feeling sad and depressed for weeks or months on end, then you may be suffering from more than the ‘holiday blues’. Depression is most often accompanied by a sense of hopelessness, a lack of energy (or feeling “weighed down”), and taking little or no pleasure in things that once gave you joy in the past. Depression symptoms take many forms, and no two people’s experiences are exactly alike.
If you’re experiencing depression, no matter how hopeless things may feel today, you can get better with treatment — and most do.
If you or someone you love is in crisis, you can speak with a crisis counselor 24/7 by calling (801)587-3000.

Roofers Supply wishes you and yours the very Happiest of Holidays!
