Rich Gillette is is rude and talks down to you like your uneducated. When it comes to service they make an appointment and make you wait a week for a 1 hour job that was set for first thing in the morning. Then they make you wait until 5pm to finish the job. They do not honor their warranties and try to pass the cost incurred from warranty work back to the customer. They don't fill out or give you registration paperwork for warranty work. Just come in and buy a new pump and pay for it. I am totally dissatisfied with the manner in which Gillett treats customers. I sat in there for 8 hours waiting for a 30 min repair for FASS warranty, and watched him bad mouth all the customers that called after he hung up with them. He thinks he is some kind of Diesel god, and knows everything. He is not a people person and only concerned with selling or repairing the trucks in the way he wants. If you want something else he says go somewhere else. I have had 3 FASS fuel pumps go bad on me and they will not honor the warranty. They make me call FASS and get Rich to fix the problem. They even try to charge you for the warranty work. I spent a bunch of money there, too, new G&G transmission, turbo, fuel pump and edge and much more. I had a shifting problem with my trans and took it back and they said nothing was wrong. Still a hard shifting trans and hurting my rear end. The worst part is the customer service, you are ignored in there waiting to ask for service and when you ask a question if they think it's dumb they basically laugh you out of the shop. Find another Diesel service shop.
