I recently purchased a Q50 and I love my new car. I originally chose an Acura TLX but this car didn't feel right and I'm living proof of the Gunn 48 hour no hassle return policy. Working with both Gunn dealerships was extremely comfortable and professional. At Infiniti, Mandel Williams was my sales consultant and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. John Henry was excellent to work with and by far the best finance manager I've had the pleasure of meeting. He presented all my options and I never felt pressure in any way. Victor was the sales manager that addressed a couple of concerns faster than expected and to my 100% satisfaction. Gunn Infiniti truly has professional and exceptional employees in every level. Their team is the best of the best!!

Days ago I purchased my first vehicle and was blessed to have the opportunity of working with JT! He warmly welcomed me before I had a chance to reach the sales building. He then kindly directed me over to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I was sold and JT made the entire process extremely enjoyable, from the water and mints to the follow up calls! Customer for life!

JT was most helpful in ensuring that delivery of the purchased vehicle was done effectively. He provided all necessary instruction at the front door of my house. He was courteous and respectful in his presentation of the vehicle's features, and my last vehicle didn't have all the technological advances that are standard equipment in the vehicle I purchased. Buying a car from Gunn Infiniti was amazing!!! My Sales Rep JT was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, keeping me updated consistently. In addition, he drove me back home from the dealership, taking time out of his busy day to help a busy student. Some of us car nuts treat their cars as if they were their children. Overly loving and protective. I reluctantly turned over the keys to my G37s manual transmission Coupe to the Service team at Gunn. It was a nerve racking experience. But from the moment I drove in, to when I picked it up, Mark, Matt, and the rest of the Gunn Service Team were nothing less than top shelf professionals. They collectively made me feel at ease, provided excellent customer service, and for the minor service the G was in for, I feel they all went above and beyond expectations. I've been training customer satisfaction for twenty years, and these guys do it right.

I had an amazing experience with this service center. My paint issue was under warranty. I dropped my car off and within 10 minutes I was in a loaner car and was on my way. Everyone was very nice and professional. By the end of the week my car looked like new. Painless. Amazing. No hassles. I knew I would love the car - glad I am going to love the service!

I recently replaced my first Infiniti, a red 2009 Infiniti G37 sedan. My first impressions of the G37 were filled with high expectations for performance, luxury, and reliability. The G37 never disappointed throughout five years of ownership and nearly 100,000 miles. It was consistently a reliable performer on the morning commute and the weekend getaway! After reading and watching online reviews for the Infiniti Q50, pouring over stats, build configurations, and countless photos, I finally decided to take one for a test drive. My wife's QX60h was in for some regular maintenance, and Gunn Infiniti provided us with a Q50 for the day. We were impressed with the build quality and performance of the new model and a few weeks later, I called up JT Merrill at Gunn Infiniti to schedule a test drive. I acquired my 2014 Infiniti Q50 Premium in August. After a couple of months of drive time, I can say with certainty that the Infiniti Q50 continues to live up to my expectations. The aggressive styling cues and flowing creases along the body give the impression of a vehicle in motion even when it's standing still. Opting for the 19" sport wheel package, this option definitely helps to complete the sporty look of this performance sedan. The transmission feels more refined than that from my G37, but the Q50 still reacts quickly to throttle and breaking input. A favorite feature is the personalized drive mode selector. This allows the driver to customize engine performance, steering sensitivity and effort, and corner handling to make the driving experience as sporty or economical as desired. The premium trim with deluxe touring package equips the Infiniti Q50 with beautifully stitched leather seating surfaces, maple wood trim, and a host of other features. The fit and finish of the interior appointments is exceptional. The dual touch screen center console is both technologically interesting and functional. You can keep your navigation screen on while using the secondary screen to scroll through satellite radio stations, options, or make and receive hands-free telephone calls. Satellite weather information is also available and radio channels are defined by their name rather than station number which makes them easier to find. After researching the model online, I knew exactly which model, options, wheels, etc. I wanted on the new car, and Gunn Infiniti had a generous selection of Q50 models to accommodate my specifications in a new Q50. After a test drive with the family, we left to think it over. I came back on an early Saturday morning to close the deal on a Liquid Platinum Q50 with Graphite Leather and Maple Wood interior. The sales environment at Gunn Infiniti is completely hassle free, and the sales personnel, especially JT Merrill, exhibit a refreshing spirit of professionalism and respect for the customer that one should expect from a luxury car dealership. Patience is key here, and JT displayed a generous amount of it in securing the car I wanted through a number of test drives, model comparisons, and finally the color. Gunn Infiniti, from sales to service, has always delivered a high level of professionalism. We have been happy owners of Infiniti automobiles ever since we took delivery of our first G37 and QX60. We look forward to working with Gunn Infiniti in the future.

My wife and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Scott Brown and Armando Moreno. Even though we did not obtain a luxury car, we were treated like we bought the newest, top of the line model on their showroom floor.
