"...when it comes to women, golf has proved only slightly more tolerant than most organized religions have been about admitting female clergy"..."What's the point of belonging if you can't keep somebody out?..."  Not positive aspects of the sport I would say and still true today..

I am a three time graduate of Texas Tech. As a new patient, I liked the examination, but was very disappointed in customer service, billing and filing insurance. I thought I had paid for everything and behold I received a bill for more, five months after, in a hand addressed envelope from Texas Tech Physicians. Billing had the wrong address, which was printed on the bill, and sent it elsewhere. Instead of checking my medical record to verify the address, they turned it for collection. When I called the office to ask why I was being billed for more, they let me know it had been turned for collection instead of researching the address which they should have done months ago. There are so many doctors in Lubbock, I will have no problem finding one with a competent business office. An apology from them instead of an argument and refusing to admit they had sent the bill to the wrong address would have worked wonders. The WRONG ADDRESS WAS PRINTED ON THE BILL!
