After a few trips to Il Naso, I keep going back. They do a lovely job with the ambiance. It's a nice step into an Italian culinary experience and off the Ketchum tourist path. The menu is simple, elegant, and executed perfectly. I've had some great dining experiences and really love the staff throughout. A top option around the area.

Very unsatisfactory experience overall. We ended up paying 20% more than our contracted price with Doree Bonner. We relocated from London, UK to New York, USA. The experience with the company was very good until just after our goods were removed in London. The staff was courteous, professional, and efficient. Our issues started after our goods were removed. First, we were notified of an additional £85 shipping charge due to an increase in the industry's shipping rate. This rate is changed annually and it was published nearly 3 weeks before the pick up of our goods. Doree Bonner notified us after our goods were removed. We asked why we were not notified prior to the removal, as it was a minor difference in rates. That correspondence took a few days and we paid the extra charge. Meanwhile, Doree Bonner withheld back our shipment which ended up costing us a few weeks. Over £85.. Thus, a simple £85 additional charge snowballed into a larger problem. And so the delays began. We were originally given a 6-8 week time frame for delivery. Delivery was made in 20 weeks!!! We heard very little from Doree Bonner during this time despite reaching out several times for updates and estimates on when our delivery would occur. Several emails or calls to Doree Bonner resulted in a promise to provide information at a later date, only for those dates to pass, and the process to start over again. I do understand that 6-8 weeks is given as a guideline (we shipped with groupage) and there are some factors outside of Doree Bonners control in the shipping process. However, 20 weeks for a simple shipment is ridiculous. Much of the impact of this delay could have been mitigated if we were updated with accurate estimates of our arrival time. Communication at this stage was terrible. Towards the end of our 20 week wait we just stopped asking for information because the communication was useless. Most importantly, when our goods arrived in the US 20 weeks later, Doree Bonner's US import agent notified us that we owed an additional charge of approximately 18% of our quoted move for final delivery. When we dug deeper it was an issue with Doree Bonner. Doree Bonner claimed they had quoted and subsequently billed us for the wrong address. I went back through all of our documentation from quotation to contract to invoice and could see the correct address listed. Doree Bonner's staff explained that they had input the incorrect address into their system and then quoted, billed, and collected for this price while the system continued to reference the correct address on their correspondence with us. I protested my being held liable for a mistake made by Doree Bonner. It was a difficult issue to sort as both Doree Bonner and their US agent were involved but would not directly deal with each other, leaving me to run between the two companies. After several attempts to get Doree Bonner to take responsibility for their error we were left with no option but to eat the extra cost in order to get our goods delivered. I wish I could be writing a better review but our overall experience was very poor and I cannot recommend their services. I think you would be better served seeking a company that provides better customer service and stands up to take responsibility for their errors.

Saw Dr. Stern at Ketchum Chiropractic. I have a decent history and good results from past chiropractic care in quite a few places and I can state I found him to be extremely thorough and highly competent. Professional and well run practice with friendly staff. Highly recommend.
