Another Great 5 Circle Review on TripAdvisor:
“Beautiful hotel in a perfect setting... our favorite in Coral Gables.”

Every time we fly out of Miami we stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful. It's impossible not to have a good nights sleep. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to take care of every need and every time we stay it's always so perfect. It's in walking distance to so many great restaurants and if you decide to eat in the hotel food is amazing.

I stayed there this past weekend. One of the Attorneys i work for gave me a gift certificate as an early Christmas gift. I have stayed at a bunch of different hotels but this one has been by far the worse. Although the staff was friendly, my room was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner had a moldy smell, and the beds had huge dents in them which made me almost fall out of bed. both of the full size beds where very uncomfortable. and to top it all off no free wifi and no free parking, the tv need maintenance while i was there and only offered maybe 8-10 channels which is basic tv.... and if you wanted to watch "free" on demand you had to pay for it.... i went to the two sisters restaurant since my gift certificate included free breakfast.... i ended up telling the waiter to take it back since the fruit was sour and the pancakes were hard.

We had the pleasure of staying here August 24th, 2013. We came down to Miami for the Marlins Game and Wrestling event. The Valets outside were very friendly and knowledgeable. We chose to self-park for the evening which cost $18. In and out privileges are granted here. The girls in the garage seemed perturbed that we didn't have our ticket when the front desk took it from us when we checked in. Hang on to it! We parked and entered straight into the hotel. Very gorgeous if you have the time to wander and look around. When leaving the hotel you must show your parking ticket. The lobby atmosphere was relaxed and calm. Staff at the front desk were great. These girls got us set up and ready for our room in just a minute or two. Very easy. We had direct access from our room to the elevator to the parking garage. Our room was beautiful. Wasn't very large, but we did get a king size bed with a beautiful spanish accented headboard, spacious desk to work at,lovely side chair, mini bar and large T.V. We were on the second floor and had a balcony facing the pool. We did not have the pleasure of swimming or checking out the restaurant or other amenities this hotel offers. I LOVED the balcony, although I will say that its slippery when raining. I stepped outside and almost lost it. Be careful. Bathroom was nice. Decent size. They have extra towels for you, hair dryers in the room, not a travel sized one but a NORMAL hairdryer. Tub was clean, so were vents. The front desk offers a variety of items that you may have left behind, for free I might add, such as a brush, comb, nail polish remover, nail clippers, etc! Things I didn't even think of. I would recommend this hotel. I enjoyed my stay, and if I find myself back in Miami I know I will stay at this hotel.

This place was lovely and elegant overall. Can't really complain as I stayed there with a friend at a significant discount due to credit card rewards. But, well, I will complain that our bathroom's fan was broken and made an obnoxious wheezing attempt at life every time you switched the light on or off. Also, the iPod ports don't work on the the iPhone 5 (the newest ones). The building is quite lovely overall, and the pool/jacuzzi in the back has a beautiful view--one we took some poolside photos in that looked quite fetching :-). Also, I loved that the usual Miami music--Latin dancey goodness--was playing from a faux rock speaker from behind my pool chair. My friend and I both tried the Sweet Potato Gnocchi with chorizo, veggies, and a cream sauce for dinner at their onsite restaurant and it was sooo yummy! Prices for dinner are also super reasonable, especially for the area.

For the price, one would expect free in-room WiFi and free parking. Not the case. Parking was $22 and the internet portal was $10 daily, IIRC. Poor value for the money. At least staff was friendly and the room was reasonably clean.

It was an overall pleasant experience. The facility was decent but there was no complimentary WI-fi or cable. You would think these amenities would be standard, but not at this location.
