Have to agree that tablets are going to see an increased integration in the business world, this article does a great explaining it
From the warehouse to the sales floor, see how companies creatively use iPads and other tablets to save time and money, sell more, and delight customers. Tablets may even find a home on garbage trucks...

Everyone- please consider signing a petition to voice your support for Amir Hekmati, a US marine that served in both Iraq and Afghanistan in the armed forces who is set to be executed by the Iranian government. He was arrested for espionage, claiming he was working for the CIA while on a visit to Iran with his grandmother. To learn more about Amir, please visit http://freeamir.org/
1) We the undersigned demand the immediate and unconditional release of Amir Hekmati. 2) We have an urgent request for medical care to confirm that Amir Hekmati has not been tortured....

Thinking about getting a kindle- what would you recommend- the $79 base, $99 touch, or $139 keyboard?

I have the base model (with physical buttons to turn the page) and have tried my sisters touch version. I would suggest that if it's purely for reading then get the base version, as the physical page turn buttons (imho) are better, however if you are likely to make notes on a regular basis then go for the touch or one with physical keys.

Found a new item to add to my bucket list-
1. Get a picture taken with a ridiculous facial expression
2. Print a poster size picture of the above
3. Go to a basketball game, sit behind the home basket, and present every time away team tries to score

Wow, this is why I didn't want to be an early adopter for Google Wallet:

Exerpt: "A new and troubling, vulnerability in Google Wallet has been exposed. Unlike a low-risk security issue identified yesterday, today's security flaw is described as painfully easy.

Security firm Zvelo yesterday discovered a vulnerability in Google Wallet, Google's NFC payment system, that allows anyone holding an already-rooted smartphone running Google Wallet to access the Google Wallet PIN."
