Turkey stuffing

· 30g finely chopped onions

· 60g finely chopped celery

· 70g butter

· 100g white bread cubes

· 1 teaspoon pepper

· 2 eggs, beaten

· ½ cup (70g) grated Manchego cheese

· ½ tsp salt

· 2 tsp fresh finely chopped sage (½ tsp ground sage)

Sauté onion and celery in the butter until softened. Combine onion mixture with bread, pepper, eggs, Manchego, salt and sage in a large mixing bowl. Stir in stock until well moistened.

Easy Roast Leg of Lamb

1 leg of Lamb

1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary

3 large potatoes

1 onion

La Dalia smoked paprika

1 cup White wine

Olive oil

3 Garlic cloves

Make deep cuts across the leg of the lamb and season it with salt, rosemary & La Dalia smoked paprika. Slice the potatoes thickly and lay them on a large baking dish together with the chopped onion,

sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Place the lamb leg on top of the vegetables and roast in a pre heated oven at 190°C . In a mortar crush the garlic and add 1tsp of the La Delia smoked paprika and pour 3 tbsp of olive oil and the wine.
