Great ambiance, nice music. I went here for a quick dinner because I was staying at the hotel next door, and I didn't regret it at all. It was a bit expensive considering the tiny portions, but I wasn't very hungry and the flavors were really good. I'd say this place is great to grab supper before going out or hitting the sack in the hotel with a good book.

I came here for lunch and there was no wait. We ordered a number of things: - chips and guac: the gauc is not your typical... It has like a kick to it. Not a spice you think typical for Mexican food - meatballs: delicious! Def try this - tamales: this was amazing! There was such a cool corn kinda jello type base on the bottom- it will not disappoint. Tried steak, pork, cauliflower tacos. It was yummy in that order... Obvi the rooftop is gorg!!!

Interesting decor plus indoor and outdoor seating at this restaurant/bar provide some great options depending on what kind of mood you're looking for. Solid selection of tequila options for a Mexican restaurant. Margaritas are fantastic here as is the outdoor rooftop space! Would love this place except they don't serve any food upstairs so if you're wanting to get a bite and a drink at the same time it is a pain... Bonus points, it's connected to a hotel called Pod which looks pretty innovative.

Fun atmosphere, great food, severely PRICEY drinks. The games were a delight to play with friends while we waited for food. The rooftop was breathtaking. My friends and I ran into a band participated in Brazil Day. We posed for pictures with them and their drums and are now figuring out how we can rent out that rooftop for a private party. My favorite part of the visit was the plugs in the table.

My friends and I stayed at the Pod 39 hotel, which is home to Michelin starred chef April Bloomfield’s restaurant Salvation Taco. It’s funky, trendy, and happening – I couldn’t believe how loud the music was or how packed the restaurant was – at 8pm on a Thursday night! We all enjoyed the chips and guacamole, along with tacos al pastor with roasted pineapple and avocado salsa (and varying selections of beer). Great choice and, next to the cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery, one of my favored meals of the trip. Reasonably priced. A-.

I've been here twice now. The first time it was very crowded and I was waited on by a manager while sitting at the bar. I can sum up that experience in that drinks took forever to receive. Food was pretty good and prices rather high for what you get. Tonight I decided to try again (with a friend) and this time it was early, 5:30, so it was not busy yet. The waitress (I believe her name was Emily) had the personality of a wet rag. I even caught her roll her eyes after asking us if we wanted dessert. This place has great potential but I think they need new management to put some spark in their staff. There are a lot of people working at less expensive places that do a better, friendlier job that would probably appreciate the opportunity to work there.
