Took my MBA there after talking to Apple support over the phone. They looked at it and said my GPU was defective and would replace the logic board on Applecare warranty. Five days later, they called and told me that there was liquid damage and it would cost me $535....no applecare. I said that's impossible...no liquid has ever come in contact with it. They wouldn't back down no matter what I said. I left really disgusted by the whole experience. I asked them to show me where it was...they would not. I shipped my MBA to a certified Apple tech in Toronto. He looked at it. The problem was misdiagnosed. No liquid damage, it was the screen. The screen was replaced and it works fine. (It cost me over $400) BTW there was no liquid damage (I have photos) . This store and their techs are incompetent. The staff there are impossible to deal with. They are like robots who respond to customers with a trained script when there are issues. No thinking outside the box, trained robots who cannot resolve customer issues. This will be the last Apple product I buy. I have owned three Imacs, two iphones, three ipads, one appleTV.
