closed. they've moved to the south dale mabry location, which I didn't really like-operated more like a pei wei, where you order at the counter and the food is brought out. otherwise you're on your own. for the price of the food and that kind of service it wasn't that great an experience.

The FOOD was amazing BUT the experience and service of it all just was very disappointing. Waiting around for a table is normal so that was cool with me. It wasn't really the waiting I had a problem with; it was the lack of enthusiasm that was disappointing. My boyfriend and I went there for his birthday dinner and I wanted to get the waitress to tell her that but she wouldn't even ask us for what we wanted to start off with; I was really stoked about having an appetizer. I am also a water drinker so I drink a lot of water and she only filled it up once...We got our entrees and it was amazing but no one even came over to ask if we needed anything else like a fork for cornslaw. So 20mins later the manager came over joking said "no, we don't have forks," and my boyfriend and I just looked at each and said **** this. time I am just going to order take out from there instead of dealing with bad costumer service and not worrying about not tipping a bad waitress.

The food was good, but they messed up a take out order with missing ingredients. In addition, after asking for no cheese, I came home to find the cheese at the bottom of my takeout box under my salad. My friend also had a hair in her salad. Lastly, the food was somewhat salty. And the rice was salty.

don't waste your time. we stopped here shortly after moving to Tampa. Honestly, frozen pizza would have been a significant upgrade over the Red Elephant.

Holy oregano! Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and the spices completely ruined the flavor. Cheese garlic bread had several pieces without cheese, pesto ranch was good though. Service was good, our waitress was very nice and prompt.

You can not really expect excellence from a chain restaurant. I did not know it was a chain but found out quickly. The food was horrible and the atmosphere was just phony. I did not get the feel you get from a self proprietorship. I heard ads from this show to overkill and decided to try it with my gf. I may never listen to THE GRIND SPORTS RADIO PROGRAM again. This place was awful. Bottomline, do not trust testimonials.

Outstanding food! Super fresh salad. Pizza crust is light and flavorful. Elephant ears for dessert :)

Our pizza was just okay...but service was remarkable. Upon hearing it was our first visit we were given 2 free app cards to use on future visits and a free dessert (elephant ear)...I'll definitely return. Server and manager were attentive but not annoying...great for kids.
