New research shows that teenagers' brains aren't fully insulated, so the signals travel slowly when they need to make decisions. Neuroscientist Frances Jensen, who wrote The Teenage Brain, explains.

Another rendition of Star Wars using the intro theme from #TheWire .  This one is from Season 3. I decided to go in Machete Order for the Episodes, so E3 is next up using Season 4's song (one of my favs)

I'm going to be completely honest here. The food here is just adequate. It's good stuff don't get me wrong. But for the price of most of the dishes, I would expect much higher quality food both in taste and preparation. You can get better tasting food for much, MUCH less at so many other places in Oxnard. That being said, the atmosphere, improvements to the facility post-Sal's, and the friendly servers are really why you should be coming here. They really are the backbone of what makes this place worthwhile. Little tip: if you aren't picky, you can order some pretty good stuff off the a la carte menu and leave full for less than $10 per person.

Been to this place (and it's sister sites) tons of times whenever I am in the area. The food is unbeatable and the staff are nice and accommodating for orders. As far as the decor goes, when it comes to this place, I feel like "less is more" comes into play. Highly recommended!

Started looking for a small SUV to accommodate our new family addition. I'll admit I'm no stranger to car shopping or car buying...but that doesn't necessarily mean I look forward to it haha. Anyhow, we had narrowed down our research to a couple of choices including the Hyundai Tucson. Upon stepping into the lot, we were greeted by a friendly and professional John Arias. He was very knowledgeable about the Tucson as well as the differences in year to year changes and different trim offerings. Most important to me was his understanding that we were only looking and not in any rush to buy. Some sales people just can't hear that and push you to buy TODAY or they won't even give you the time of day. Fast forward 3 weeks and we decided to go with a Tucson over a CRV and John helped close the sale. He had no qualms about talking strictly bottom line out the door pricing and we were able to come to a price point that was fair to both buyer and seller. Thank you Oxnard Hyundai for making this probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had!

Been coming here for a number of years and the service, atmosphere, and food quality has only improved over time. The servers are very personable and do a great job as well as the owner. And MUCH better cost-wise than most other local sit down Mexican places!

First time ever even stepping foot in this place after passing by it every day for a few years. In a nutshell, nice place, nice servers, high prices...but decent food. Was the food and service worth the price? Marginally. It was a nice date night for the wife and I, I guess. As a side note, we were there from about 7pm to 830pm on a Friday night but the place was absolutely dead...maybe we went on an off night or something, but if that's normal how do they stay in business??

Being a regular blood donor is a great thing to do to keep ALL blood types well stocked so that they can be used by individuals in need. Knowing your own blood type is also very important! Having just donated my 21st pint of whole blood, I have to say that this organization employees courteous and professional staff that truly keep me coming back!
