Decided I would stop here today 10/28/2014 to pick up a quick lunch. After repeating my order 4 times I finally made it to the 1st window to pay. Needless to say after 11 minutes I just knew I would get the freshest food ever. WRONG! Seriously after waiting in line for after 12 minutes I ended up with a cold burger and old fries. Now I remember why I don't come to this place. Get it together IN-N-OUT BURGER....with all the choices us Consumers have today you can't even make a fresh burger fast and fresh?

I know must people in Texas would understand how great fresh hamburgers are. Most people who do not care for In N Out like 5 guys burgers, they are ok if you like to spend $ 4.00 on fires that set in grease and there burgers are so much more $$$$ and you get a burger the size of Mc donalds, I could eat about three hamburgers there but at in n out I could only finish one. In N Out has better employees too, they do not hire any body because they pay a lot better so there employees are very positive and happy employees. Right !!!!!

The burger tasted good, but I was disappointed in the size. The hamburger might be fresh, but the patties were the size of McDonalds burgers. The fries were okay. I couldn't tell the difference between fresh potatoes and frozen . For everything to be made fresh I was surprised that the shakes came out of a machine just like McDonalds. Why not have freshly made shakes like Steak N Shake. I don't understand the hype.

I simply love this place. Everytime I'm in Dallas or Los Angeles, my first meal is one of these delicious burgers. Service is exceptional too!

I fell for In-n-out in my travels to California, and I must say that the in-n-out in Dallas is not as good as those in the west coast, but it's still very very good. Gotta get the double with fries. Fries are cut there and you can tell by the freshness and crispiness. Really good.

This...was the worst burger I've ever had. The staff however...were wonderful.

My preferred hamburger place. I love the way they take care me, despite being a fast-food place.

Good burgers but I don't get the hype. Get your fries well-done for super crispy potatoe goodness.
