Yes, we loved the John Oliver spot too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxyGGKWGV70

HOWEVER - We also feel everyone is missing the real story: READ THIS - Ambev, Owned by InBev (Owns Budweiser) ran the EXACT same campaign in Brazil in FEBRUARY for Skol Beer.

So how was this an accident?

How do we make our Hades Habanero? With extreme caution and professionalism. We got this.

Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company, located in the heart of the San Francisco bay area peninsula, produces award-winning, handcrafted beer and root beer centered on the most premium ingredients.

Prior to the 1780’s the canyon portion of Belmont and San Carlos was known as “la Canada del Diablo” or Devil’s Canyon.

Since opening our doors in 2001, Devil’s Canyon Brewery has won over 35 awards for our craft beers and received the 2009 “People’s Choice” award at the San Francisco International Beer Festival. San Francisco Bay Area A-List readers voted Devil’s Canyon “Favorite Bay Area Brewery” in 2013 and “Best Bay Area Beer Bar” in 2014.

I went there for the first time this past Saturday for a retirement roast event. I had the light Bella beer ... that was so good that the enjoyment stayed on my mind well after I got home. Not just sayin' the buzz did, but the flavor and the effervescents. I don't know if they bottle it, but if they do I want to buy it! Staff were nice, the event was fun ... but the beer was outstanding!!

Great place to go on a Friday night with kids. Many people bring their children and the kids play and socialize while the adults socialize. We have two young children, and they always find kids to play with and seem to enjoy themselves.

Please note that this establishment has moved to 935 Washington St San Carlos, CA 94070. After finally finding their new location, got there to pick up my 5 gallon keg of root beer. I had to go around the premises a bit to find someone to help me since they were setting up to what seemed to be a Jazz Night of some sort. I had called a week during the weekend and left a mesage requesting to put an order of root beer. Someone called back promptly the following business day and went over the details with me. The website was very helpful as I had no idea how to use a keg/jockey box combo. Price was decent and fair. Quality of the root beer was EXQUISITE! The root beer contained none of that high fructose corn syrup and had a mellow and clean finish. Clear herbal tones and a smooth finish. Will be buying more in the future.

I just brewed a Holiday Beer at Devil's Canyon, and it turned out better than any of my homebrew attempts at a Holiday flavor. The first time I brewed with these guys (last year), I made an Amber Ale that was a modified version of their Thomas Morgan Amber, and it was excellent. In fact, I received several compliments on it from friends. Anyway, the margin of error for brewing is greatly reduced when you brew here, thanks to the great equipment and expertise of the staff. I highly recommend the Brew On Premise, as well as the Beer Bus and Beer Friday events.
