Hard to find but an awesome place. Took my friend an I a good bit to find the basement of Chelsea Market. We ended up asking a security guard for directions. The place was full but not crowded on a Monday night. The drinks were unique and delicious - two things I expect if I go to a cocktail bar. The servers come when you flag them but otherwise leave you alone, which is great for a bar. This is a great place to stop for drinks in Chelsea.

I did not like that if you arrive after 11 pm you have to wait in the line for 15 to 30 min. Besides that, the place is great, like an old industrial style under club. on the back they have tables were you can have some nice appetizers. The music is really good between hip hop and 90s dance. The cider and the Oscar cocktails are the best options.

Very good cocktails, with an interesting atmosphere. Many beautiful people. It can get too crowded at times.

Updating my review of the The Tippler. It's fun place to grab drinks with friends but it gets insanely slammed. Prepare to wait ages upon ages for your server — we easily would have doubled or even tripled our bill had she bothered to pay attention to us. Drinks are inventive and fun. A solid wine and beer list round out the mix, and the food they do have is tasty. Perhaps not the best setting on a brilliant spring afternoon, the space is dark (though alluring) when one would rather be outside. A great spot if you can get there before the crowds do.

Good drinks and kind staff. A lot of space for a group of people but not a lot of seating. Conveniently located in the basement of Chelsea Market.

I can't believe it took me so long to get to get to this space. It is beautiful and I can't wait to go back. The bar is super interesting with different arched areas, so it almost feels like you have a bartender just for you. The drinks are great too. Get the Killa Beez Kneez!
