Hey Everyone! Tomorrow is the first day of our challenge! I am excited because we are all doing it right along with you. I get super busy and sometimes I fall short of my water intake.

Let’s start off by talking about the proper amount of water you should be consuming each day. I want you to take your body weight and divide it in half. That number is the amount of water in ounces that you should be consuming.

Write that number down as your goal! There is an awesome free app out there called plantnanny it actually keeps track of your water intake and grows a cute little plant when you consume the right amount.

How is everyone doing today?! We are well into the weekend which can sometimes be your own biggest hurdle. Weekends are times meant for family and friends, and enjoying yourself. AND they are also the toughest for staying on track with your healthy lifestyle. But it's SO important to stay strong these next couple days, and realize that you have all worked SO HARD all week, so this is no time to throw in the towel and let all that hard work go to waste! Remember WHY you started, and WHY you want this so badly. Stay strong, stay on course, and BE PROUD on Monday when you know you accomplished something amazing! We are SO proud of you all!! So I want to know, who is committed to staying on course this weekend!?

Good Morning!!! It's Day 5, you're almost flying!!! Only 2 more days. Keep it up!!!!!! Today’s mini challenge: try doing 5 push-ups (can totally be modified) for every time you go pee! Post a video of yourself doing 5 push-ups! By drinking enough water, we are flushing out any built up toxins that we acquire on a day to day basis.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a fun little tip. Let’s talk about Himalayan salt in your water. This type of salt has natural minerals which have detox properties so it is great to start your day with a huge glass of water and about 1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt. I actually drink it before I eat each meal as well. You can find it at any grocery store

Good Morning #H2GO Challengers! Wanted to get this party started right today! Your next mini challenge: try drinking an 8 oz glass of water BEFORE every meal today. By doing this, you’ll naturally be more full when eating resulting in smaller satisfied meals. Also, it helps by not washing down any nutrients that you consume when eating meals and drinking water at the same time. Post a picture of you drinking your water, and then each meal you’re going to follow it with!
