Drink a glass of fresh green smoothie.
.
Green Smoothie Recipe:
Palak 10 leaves, 10 to 15 leaves of pudina and coriander each, one paan leaf, 5 leaves of tulsi, all raw but washed well, half tea spoon of cinnamon powder, a pinch of black pepper powder or 5 black peppers, black or rock salt as per taste, lime juice or one amla, add one glass of water and grind well. Drink as an early morning cleanse or evening time refreshment.
