Was stuck there overnight due to an overbooked flight. Room was nice and clean. The front desk provided me with complimentary hygiene products and was helpful with information about shuttles. I also ordered room service, the food was pricey, but service was professional and good and the food was tasty.

Do not stay here if you plan on attending a winter event at the Donald Stephens Convention Center. The main reason we picked this hotel is the advertised skywalk between the hotel and convention center. We figured since we were attending a winter event it would come in handy. We saw other hotels also had a skywalk to the center, but we picked this hotel. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk staff pointed us to where we would need to go to access the skywalk. We got ready, walked to the skywalk and were told that they decided not to open this section of skywalk. We were then told we would have to walk outside in frigid temperatures and around the building to the front of the convention center to get in. We complained to the hotel, and they said it was the decision of the center not to open that particular skywalk to their hotel. If that is the case, it sounds like they need to work on their partnership with the convention center! Don’t count on using the skywalk if you plan on staying here! It’s a long walk on a cold night, especially if you are dressed in concert attire.

Here for the annual MFF convention and it couldn't be better. Lots of people attending yet the staff is still very courteous and helpful. They are even getting into the idea of the con and are taking pics. Definitely recommend, professional and personable.

Been here a few times for work functions. Great service from the staff, lots of external noise being so close to the airport. That's not within their control to an extent, but was bad enough to interrupt my sleep multiple times. My room was outward-facing in one of the towers.

Great venue for conventions. The atrium creates a nice centralized environment for socializing, easily accessible from most of the guest rooms. The rooms themselves vary in size, with the executive wing (more distant) rooms being a bit larger. Some rooms are oddly shaped, because of the round towers on the corners of the building -- this makes for tiny bathrooms, but having a wedge-shaped room is kinda fun from an architectural standpoint. The hotel itself is a little out of the way, but there's some great food venues within a 15 minute walk using the convention center's skybridge. The hotel service is generally attentive and friendly -- just as you'd expect from any large hotel like Hyatt.

Stayed here for ReactionNYE at the convention center next door. Booked a room specifically because there was a Skywalk to the convention center. Was sorely disappointed that they had a worker in the skywalk saying we couldn't use it. In addition, the expensive room was underwhelming with clearly worn furniture and a bargin bin shower. For what was paid I expect far more from a hotel, wouldn't recommend.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was out of normal doubme rooms and upgraded us to an executive room at no extra cost. The service has been fantastic, the staff is great. I'll be coming back every year.

Rooms are clean and awesome. Beds are comfortable and warm. I'm usually grossed out by hotel carpets but don't have that problem here. There are tv's set into the bathroom mirrors downstairs. Boom.
