FSU Shooter/former Prosecutor Myron May Feared Government Was Targeting Him

The man identified as the shooter who opened fire in the Florida State University library was a former prosecutor who descended into paranoia and recently posted on Facebook about being "encouraged by your handler to kill."

November 14, "Also, has anyone here been encouraged by your handler to kill with the promise of freedom?"

May's cousin, Cedric Lenox, said he had been a role model — a bright student who ran track and went to church on Sundays.

"I know he was having troubles before, girlfriend issues," Lenox said. "I thought he came home because he wanted to start a new chapter.”
Whatever those personal problems were, May did not seem unhinged when his cousin saw him. In fact, Lenox, a middle-school teacher, invited him to speak to his students.
"He said, I can’t do it this week, maybe after Thanksgiving,'" Lenox recalled. "I said, ‘I love you cuz’ and he said, ‘I love you, too.’”
Lenox said his mother saw May at church a couple of weeks ago. "He said, 'I'm glad I'm home,'" he recalled.
May's Facebook page suggests he was devout. It's filled with biblical quotations. The last one was posted Nov. 18: "Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
But other postings pointed to a paranoid streak. On the Targeted Individuals International page, he wrote that he was a lawyer and was mulling legal action. The next day, Nov. 15, he announced he had formed a group "for every TI who wants to pursue a class action lawsuit."

Myron May's family and friends described him as a "good person" who has just moved back home to open up his own law practice and put some "troubles" behind him.

It's unknown why May chose Florida State University for his attack — in which he shot three people before being killed by police — but he graduated from the school in 2005 with an economics degree.
He then got a law degree from Texas Tech and practiced law in Texas before moving to New Mexico to work as a public defender in Las Cruces and then a prosecutor in the Dona Ana County district attorney's office.

"He was an effective Prosecutor who was deeply committed to his work and serving the public while employed at our office," the DA said in a statement, adding that May "abruptly resigned" on Oct. 6.

Three weeks ago, May went back to Florida — where he had been raised by his grandmother, starting at age 13 — in the hopes of passing the bar and hanging a shingle, those close to him said.
"He wanted to come back to his roots and open his own practice here," said David Taunton, a longtime family friend.

"He was supposed to take the Florida bar exam in February. We were basically providing him with emergency shelter until he could get on his feet. He was having some financial difficulties.
"He stayed with us through last Friday and we haven’t seen him since. There’s no way to explain something like this, but he was a good person.”

Police say the 31-year-old was "in a state of crisis" and believed he was being targeted by the government. May's Facebook page showed he was interested in "targeted individuals," who believe they are victims of mind control and covert harassment they call "gang stalking."
"Has anyone here ever been encouraged by your handler to kill with a promise of freedom?" May wrote on Nov. 14 on a Facebook page for a group called Targeted Individuals International.
Editor's note:
There is this covert operation currently taking place on the U.S. that's not getting much attention in the news media and it needs to be addressed. It's the abuse of what is referred to as neuroweapons, psychotronic weapons, confusion weaponry, microwave weaponry, electromagnetic weapons and a host of other acronyms. It includes a technique called Zersetzung that was perfected by the Stasi in East Germany that included "overt and covert measures including hidden psychological destruction of dissidents." This is being used in today, in America, in conjunction with new mind altering technology. There were designed for war but they are being used on the American public.

So let’s begin with the late Ted Gunderson.

First who he was:

Almost thirty years FBI experience, Special Agent In Charge in 3 major cities. Was interviewed for FBI Director, highest position in the FBI overseeing 30,000 government employees.

The interview:
"Anthony Hilder: When you are talking about Marshall Law, Ted, we’re talking about a Hitlerian super state –are we not?"

"Gunderson: We’re talking about Nazi, Germany in 1933.  You know all of these shootings around the country, the one in Arizona, I think West Virginia, and Oregon that have taken place?  In my opinion, I can’t prove it, these are mind controlled victims – MK-Ultra mind controlled victims. And, the whole thing is designed to destroy the 2nd Amendment and take our guns away from us."

Gunderson died July 31, 2011 so he didn't live to see the Navy Yard shooter, Aaron Alexis. Alexis filed a police report that he was being attacked by psychotronic weaponry that was used during Desert Storm to force Iraqi soldiers to surrender by the thousands called Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS or "quad S"):

The police didn't investigate his claims but they notified the Navy:

Not getting any help from the police, Alexis contacted Derrick Robinson, the President of of Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance or FFCHS by email on several occasions.

The emails:

The FBI found the emails on Alexis’ computer and went to talk to Robinson.

In less than a month, the entire incident completely disappeared from the media. What what barely made the news was that there was another Navy shooting the very next day.

What did Savage, Alexis & Miriam Carey, the unarmed mother with child who was shot in front of the White House?

They all claimed to hear voices. An effect created by a weapon the U.S. Army Thesaurus refers to as V2K, Voice-to-skull technology, also known as microwave hearing or Voice of God weapon:

As documented in the military article “The Mind Has No Firewall”

1. I. Chernishev, "Can Rulers Make `Zombies' and Control the World?" Orienteer, February 1997, pp. 58-62.

All of this happened AFTER Gunderson’s interview and after Gunderson’s death. Here is a video of his doctor explaining that they both knew he was slowly being poisoned with arsenic and eventually succumbed to it.

But it gets even weirder.

An FBI spokesperson tells the press that Alexis was “delusional” ten days after the shooting:

"ELF" refers to low-frequency electromagnetic waves, a technology used for submarine communications that conspiracy theorists believe the government employs to monitor and manipulate unsuspecting citizens, the FBI said.
"Ultra low frequency attack is what I've been subject to for the last 3 months," read a message obtained by federal authorities from Alexis's thumb drives, phones and computers. "And to be perfectly honest, that is what has driven me to this."
But SOMEONE in the FBI SHOULD have been somewhat familiar with mind control technology seeing as how they consulted a Russian mind control scientist during the Waco Siege in 1993:

"He founded the Psychotechnology Research Institute at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia to work on ideas like "psychocorrection", a term he used to denote the use of subliminal messages to alter a subject's will, or even modify a person's personality without their knowledge.

"The Institute caught the attention of Chris Morris and Janet Morris who were reportedly attempting to sell technology to the United States military. The FBI consulted Smirnov regarding the Waco Siege in 1993. Smirnov proposed piping subliminal messages from sect members' families through the phone lines during negotiations. David Koresh to surrender, however the FBI declined the plan. Smirnov died in November 5, 2004, leaving his wife to run the Institute.

In May 2009, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced plans to award a contract for testing of an airport screening system based partly on Smirnov's concepts to ManTech SRS Technologies in association with Northam Psychotechnologies, a Canadian company acting as distributor for the Psychotechnology Research Institute."

"Morris served as Research Director and Senior Fellow (1989–1994) at the United States Global Strategy Council, as well as Adjunct Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (1993–1995). Morris partnered with John B. Alexander and co-authored The Warriors Edge, which explores embracing unconventional psychological combat techniques, in 1990. Janet Morris and the USGSC's campaign for the creation of a non-lethality panel resulted in the assembly of the Non-lethality Policy Review Group, led by Major General Chris S. Adams, USAF (retd.) in 1991. The group earned the political backing of Sam Nunn, chair of the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services. Janet Morris published numerous white papers in 1991, detailing the USGSC’s non-lethal war doctrine proposals. The papers promoted diversifying and expanding non-lethal weapon capability for use in increased American intervention in global conflicts. The papers urged additional development of anti-personnel incapacitants as well as vehicular area denial devices.

Morris visited Moscow in 1991 to the Moscow Institute of Psycho-correlations and observed the demonstration of the transmission of subliminal commands via infrasound.

In 1995, Morris and her husband and frequent co-writer Christopher Morris founded M2 Technologies. Since that time, their writing output has decreased in proportion to the increasing success of the company, which works with U.S. federal and military agencies on non-lethal weapon systems, novel technology applications, and software.

In 2003-4 she served on the Council on Foreign Relations Independent Task Force on Nonlethal Weapons and Capabilities and contributed to the Task Force report, Nonlethal Weapons and Capabilities (2004)."

M2 Technologies apparently is no longer above ground but the internet archive shows the last snap shot @ June 11, 2013:

I say Ted Gunderson should have known because he is deceased. According to his doctor, he died of acute arsenic poisoning:

According to Dr. John Hall, his group estimates that over 300,000 people in the U.S. alone are being assaulted with these weapons. He is the author of "A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America"

Dr. Robert Duncan worked on some of this technology for the military and the CIA. This is what Dr. Hall said about Dr. Duncan's book:

"Dr. Robert Duncan is honest and concise in his description of some of the most intrusive surveillance and behavioral modification technologies ever created. His latest work is a must read for everyone concerned with the future of human rights in the both the United States and abroad. His detailed description of the modalities used for hacking the human mind are both accurate and troublesome. Countless thousands have seen their lives ruined in the non-consensual experimentation phase regarding this technology. Finally, the reality of mind control is presented to the public in a factual and academic manner by a credible scientist with the curriculum vitae to back it up. The future of humanity is truly in peril when the ability exist for the masses to be completely controlled by the whims of the few so insidiously. The technology Dr. Duncan describes in Soul Catcher is fascinating, worrisome and currently in use by several industrialized nations. Only time and ethical restraint will tell if this most pervasive technology is evil or devine."

Project: Soul Catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed  By Dr. Robert Duncan • Amazon.com

Details the CIA's practices of interrogation and cybernetic mind control in their pursuit to weaponize neuropsychology. It covers the art of bio-communication war. Human beings are complex machines but their inner workings have been deciphered. Mind control and brainwashing have been perfected in the last 60 years. Hacking computers and hacking into individual minds are similar. The 21st century will be known as the age of spiritual machines and soulless men.

The Mind Hacking Strategy Group is a consortium of conscientious scientists who report the abuses of science. ROBERT DUNCAN holds multiple degrees from Harvard University and Dartmouth College in Applied Sciences and Business. He has worked on projects for the Department of Defense, CIA and Justice Department in his career.

Aaron Alexis scratched “My E.L.F. weapon” on the side of his firearm ( Extremely Low Frequency) went to the Navy Yard where he believed the attacks were coming from and killed 12 people so when the spokesperson said Alexis was not target specific victims may not be exactly correct.

Ted Gunderson's sworn testimony:

Not everyone who is subjected to this form of psychological torture reacts in the same way.
