Great selection, excellent service. Had the Tomahawk, it was amazing, sweetie had the bone in ribeye, which was also excellent, but more her size. Bread pudding for dessert was a unique take on a classic and you must try the VIP shots, best dessert shot I've ever had. I highly recommend III Forks!

I came here twice during HRW. Once for lunch and another for dinner. Both times, I was very impressed with the waitstaff. Very on point. It made the dining experience that much better. The food was great too. The III Forks salad is a must. It's refreshing and unique. Definitely on top as one of my favorites. For lunch I had the flat iron steak. It may not sound very appetizing, but it was cooked very well. I enjoyed this entree very much. As for dinner I had the surf and turf. I'm more of a lobster fan so I definitely enjoyed that. The steak was glazed over a mustard sauce. It was delicious as well. As for dessert I had the strawberry shortcake. Not as amazing as it sounds. I think there was an excess amount of strawberry sauce that didn't balance well with the shortcake. I would suggest getting the chocolate cake! It was divine.

I came here expecting one of the best steaks in Houston, and given the reviews felt I had to share my experience which was well less than great. The restaurant itself is very well decorated and the seating area allows for a calm and intimate ambiance. The prices were as expected and I had ordered the Ribeye under numerous recommendations expectations were high and it was I assumed cooked as directed, however the wow factor was sort of sub par for the prices. In all honesty I felt that it was a bit rushed, as if the cut had not had time to rest properly before being sent about the kitchen and the flavor had suffered. Service was a bit sparse but reasonable given how busy the restaurant was. All in all I will perhaps give the place another try on a less busy evening and see if it can be redeemed.

The food was not good for the price. I would visit Vic & Anthony or Brenners on the Bayou. The service was excellent but the London Broil was tough and the red fish was dry. The kids chicken strips were bland. The desserts were small for the price. Upscale price without the food. I would try for lunch but not again for dinner. I travel alot and visit many restaurants and I would not recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I have dined at all of the steakhouses in Houston and this place is by far the best. The signature salad is amazing! The service was top notch. We went for my friends birthday dinner and were amazed at the attention to detail by the staff.

We did not have reservations, and we were not downtown for any event, just decided to have a date and meeting in downtown was convenient. We had to wait almost an hour for a table, so we sat at the bar. Jerry was a great bartender. We conversed with others at the bar, I like that. We were seated at 9 PM, and there were a few empty seats by then. Our server, I think Jennifer, was super polite and knowledgeable of the menu when we asked questions. The III Forks salad was delicious! The seared scallops were pretty good, topped with a bacon jam that was divine. My date had the chilean sea bass, it was ok, but too salty. Served on top of garlic spinach which was very strong with garlic. I had the 12 oz Filet. It was thick, and the color was beautiful when I cut into it. However, it did not have much flavor, and I have had stakes that were more tender. WE shared the roasted mushrooms, which is a mixture of several different kinds of mushrooms, and they were delicious, but also a little salty. I think the chef likes to cook with salt. We enjoyed it, it is pricy, but no more so than other comparable restaurants in the downtown area.

Food was pretty bad and service was very bad. Risotto tasted like chlorine. Waiter had no idea what he was talking about and a thick accent you could not understand.

On the 2 occasions I have been, service has been great. Menu has a great variety to choose from; filets are juicy and lobster is my fave. Good wine selection and bar menu as well.
