I ordered my merchandise June 24. I received part of my order in August. I just received what was sold as the last General Lees with the confederate flag. How ever the car arrived today 9/25/20154 months later and the confederate flag is covered with a sticker. I purchased this with the intent of never opening the box and passing it along to my grandchildren. However since it was sold as Authentic and they have a sticker covering the flag its not authentic. I called to discuss with a rude Jacklyn Smith. I told her I wanted a refund because you are doing a bate and switch. This is not Authentic at all. My PayPal receipt even says authentic. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. BEN JONES IS A FRAUD AND MAKING MONEY BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! They also refused to refund my money!

One of the WORST Experiences I ever had. Terrible Customer Support. For Days, no one answered the phone, it just went to voice mail and you get a message that the mail box was full. What a crock. I used the contact us form to query why I had not received my order in 2 weeks? No reply. Finally, (after I sent my scathing contact form note), they put a "note" saying they were having problems meeting demands and Wanting customers and potential customers to sign petitions and call manufacturers to Help Cooters. WHAAAAT? They can not take care of business and they want us to Help them screw us over more??? I finally got in a phone call and they could not even tell me if my order had been filled. Hours later they called back and said It Had NOT been filled and they would Cancel the order and issue a Refund. 6 Days and counting and Still No Refund. It only took SECONDS TO TAKE MY MONEY, BUT AFTER DAYS, NO REFUND. Do NOT Do Any Business with these people, they do not know how to run a business. I would give 0 Stars if it is Possible.

I would consider this place a joke compared to other go-cart and minigolf in the area. The track is tiny and thus carts arent fast. Minigolf was boring. I bought a groupon before arriving and that was the only reason we even stayed after walking in. Before going here check out other WAY better places up north a little bit in pigeon forge. Parking was also $8 which completed negated what i tried to save on buying a groupon. Parking is free in pigeon forge where the activities are much better.

Underwhelmed. Went there thinking it would be all sorts of memorabilia, but it's an overblown t-shirt/souvenir shop with a few pieces of memorabilia scattered around, and they want to charge you $5 to take a pic with the General Lee with your own camera. Really disappointed.

I come here with my three children just about every time we come 5 town to visit. Look for the package with mini golf and go karts on Groupon most come with a free photo of your family with the General Lee! You will have a blast looking at pictures of the cast all over as you play and don't forget to take pictures while you are there! We will see you kind people again next year!
