We're unsure what the provenance of this #abandoned  Orient Express train, if indeed that's what it is, but it nevertheless makes for a great #urbex  subject!
Known to urban explorers in Belgium as the abandoned Orient Express train, this rusting locomotive and plush carriages were once at the forefront of luxury.

30 feet beneath central Manchester, a subterranean void is the last reminder of the cancelled Picc-Vic tunnel, an abandoned underground railway project.

Beautiful #artdeco   #ship   #abandoned  prior to scrapping.
MV Kalakala was launched in 1935 boasting a futuristic Art Deco design that would make her an icon. But after years of neglect, she was scrapped in 2015.

Beautiful ship, too bad they had to scrap her. There was a movement afoot for a while that tried to raise money to save her but just not enough interest.

This awesome #dystopian   #conceptart  shows a lone urban explorer wandering the ruins of the world.
Creepy concept art by Noro8 shows dystopian scenes of Earth after the apocalypse, as abandoned cities return to nature and giant submarines lie in the dirt.

I had the pleasure of working with Skills on Toast late last year. When some key analytics code mysteriously vanished from our website, I spent more than a week trying to fix it myself but couldn't figure it out. During this time, we were unable to analyse our traffic and landing pages, which is an important part of our strategic management. Zoe fixed the problem within a day, and throughout the process was friendly, helpful and professional, keeping me in the loop on the nature of the problem and the necessary solutions. The price was also extremely reasonable and as a result I have turned to Skills on Toast again since then. I will do so again in the future and recommend Zoe highly.
