We spend a lot of time posting about the horrible experiences we have with customer service, so I thought I would shift the tides today. I contacted Realtor.com yesterday via phone to get some help with my profile and I had THE VERY BEST customer service I have had in a VERY long time from ANY company!! Nick at Realtor.com, you were a joy and absolutely OUTSTANDING! Thank you for making my day easier!

What an honor!  Bellingham Alive named me their inaugural "Wonder Woman" in the February Issue.  (It is on the front cover even, WOW!)  I live in a city filled with Wonder Women.  I am grateful to be considered one of them.

A look back at a super fun night.
Whatcom County Association of REALTORS - Great Gatsby Gala
Back in 1906, the WCAR was one of the original 19 Boards to sign the charter of what became the National Associaton of REALTORS.  I could not be more proud to serve my local organization as their 2014 President.

I took on Edgewater Place, Bellingham's most presitgious condo project, in early fall of 2012.  It had been marketed by a series of other (really great) agents for about 7 years, yet the final three units of 16 remained stubbornly unsold.  I set out immediately to give the  project an online makeover.  I put together a customized, out-of-the-box marketing plan and...ta-da!   After a solid 16 months of creative marketing, dedication and focus Edgewater Place is completely SOLD and CLOSED.  Absolutely one of the crowning achievements of my career.  I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to help the developers finally get this project behind them.
If someone you care about needs a REALTOR, please share my name with them.
