Food is excellent, but expensive. Service is not very impressive. Very nice and polite, but slow and not nearly enough stops to check on us. We were sitting for 20 minutes before our order was taken. Had to remind waitress about drinks. When you're paying over $300 for a meal, and $60 for a tip, I think it's fair to expect better service than say, Red Robin or Applebees. If the service matched the food, I'd probably give 5 stars.

Awesome atmosphere, amazing food, and great service. Possibly the best steak I have ever had. Pretty pricey, but more than worth it. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Very over-priced. Food was fine, but ala cart and $31 just for chicken...not even close to worth it. $10 for a bottle of Guinness. $10 for a side of green beans. How pretentious is that?! Great food at home in Seattle hardly costs that and I get amazing views not strip-mall-ville.

Very impressed. Was hesitant going in as it is a chain but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent steak, would come again.

I'm a regular traveler to Des Moines and stay nearby. The 5-6-7 happy hour selections provide a delicious and expense-report-friendly set of meal options after work. The staff are very welcoming and attentive.

An excellent meal, they remember who you are, greet you by name, the occasion and how you like your meat and drinks. The ambiance is excellent as is the service.
