I thought I'd write a little bit about what's been on my mind, so there's a new blog post linked here.  I must admit, despite never being in management, more often than not I agree with them.  But more importantly, even if I disagree with management, I have the realization of where I fit in, and if I think I can do something so much better than them, it's time to stop whining and complaining, and start doing.

What I'm talking about is Erik Lanigan's departure from TWiT.  There seems to be a lot of controversy there.
