I stayed here for my birthday weekend. They were very welcoming at the front desk and check in was quick and easy after 4pm. Had to use our room key on the elevator so it could scan it and take us up to our floor ( which I thought was pretty cool ) . We stayed in a king bed room with a balcony which had a pretty view of the outdoor pool. The bed was very comfortable. My bathroom was nice with a shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispenser in the shower. Just a few things I didn't like ... One we lifted the toilet lid had a yellow stain on it which bothered me . All balcony rooms are only on the 4th floor , would've been nice if it was just a few floors higher. And they don't have complementary breakfast. Overall, the hotel was great.

The hotel was nice and very organized. The rooms were clean and everything was super neat. Just wished they would be more aware of how their towels and bed sheets looked. They would appear dirty to someone if seen with a quick glance.

I always stay here when I'm in town for business. Never had a bad experience. If there ever are any issues they are taken care of right away. Nice lounge area. Eric and Barbara are great in the ArtBar. Always a pleasure.

I was expecting more at a 4 star hotel with such a high google rating. Several reviews describe the modern vibe and trendy hotel. Even the hotel description says the same thing. I would disagree. Before I describe that I must say the service and staff were nice and nothing stands out as shocking or amazing. It felt like I was checking in a normal hotel. They have 4 elevators in the lobby that all require a key. My room was nothing special. Older LCD tv, outdated lighting, dirty window, uncomfortable couch, old feeling bathroom etc. My bed was comfortable but the sheets would not stay tucked in. So I'm the end it's just a tall hotel.

Good clean rooms and friendly staff.. They offer a coffee shop, but it's very basic and the staff is under trained. Everything else is very nice.

Came here with 3 friends. My thoughts? Location: right off the highway and in a good spot (where all the food is!). Room: I guess I haven't stayed in a chain hotel in a while, the keys cards they gave us are used to access elevators. You tap the card on the sensor and press the floor you want. Neat! While walking through the lobby and hallways I thought that place looked pretty clean. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by the bathroom sink which was separate from the toilet and shower (love it!). Upon peering into the bathroom, I notice the tub floor had a lot markings which was kinda gross but after seeing the rest of the room, it didn't bother me so much. My favorite part? The shower has a Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser! Goodbye tiny bottles of plastic! I didn't inspect all the towels but mine looked clear of any residue. The sink area had 2 glass cups, a hair net, a shoe brush, a bar of soap on a soap dish, a box of tissues, a hand towel, and a wall hair dryer (which btw is really quiet when you have it on the low setting). Moving on to the bedroom, for some reason the beds looked kind of small for 2 people but it was more spacious than I thought. The room has a TV, a microwave, refrigerator, dressers, desk and table (both with wheels), desk chair, a side table by the window along with a comfy chair I'm sitting in as I type this, 3 lamps, and a nightstand. The closet had a bunch of stuff including extra pillows, hangers, iron and iron board. I think there was more... After having slept on the bed, I thought the bedsheets were nice and soft. The comforter was nice but it was a bit loud when you moved. I also didn't like that the air conditioning was blowing on my head all night, so I put my pillow on the end of the bed instead and slept backwards. Service: Check in is at 4pm but we didn't check in until around 6? The guy at the front desk was incredibly nice and checked us in really quick. He even directed us to an elevator that would be closer to our room. Check out is at 11am and it's 8am right now so I guess I don't have anything to say about that. I don't drink so I never visited any of the 3 bars located in the lobby. The gift shop looked cute, it's the first time I had seen a gift shop in a hotel. There was a indoor/outdoor pool, a whirlpool, and beside that was the gym area. It all looked nice but then again, I didn't hop in the pool or work out in the gym. There's a vending and ice machine on every floor and on the main level there are a bunch of rooms for meetings or events. There's even a piano in a corner. Overall I really liked the place :) I would definitely come back in the future as it is situated minutes from all the food places I frequent at. It's also just an exit away from all the other food places in Buford/Doraville. Downtown is about 30 minutes away but I didn't have plans to go down there. The location is quiet, the service is great, the room is awesome, and I still can't get over the key card and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser.
