I'll never visit Ruby Tuesday's again. When we got to the restaurant, the hostess was slumped and immediately giving us excuses about how slow the kitchen was and how behind everyone was. She was clearly unhappy to be at work and kept complaining about petty restaurant drama. The sever we had was OK. we waited for our drinks for 15 minutes after we were sat with no silverware. Her intentions were in the right place but she was all over the place. I ordered the Honey Bourbon Chicken and it came out on a plate as an undercooked and with a disgusting Brown glaze splattered on the whole plate. I only at the mashed potatoes. My friend ordered a steak and she realized she wasn't hungry enough so after 10 minutes of trying to attract the attention of our waitress, they finally cancelled it. Then the manager comes out and says "the steak is already made are you sure you wanted to cancel it? It's already made." She then proceeded to try to push my friend to keep the steak. No. Still turned it down. I just couldn't believe how horrible the entire experience was. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy !

Ruby Tuesday should just shut their doors for good and stop trying to compete.. gave it another shot this week and it was horrible. My girlfriend ordered a chicken and mushroom alfredo, minus the chicken. What came out was the farthest thing from anything remotely close to alfredo.. The dish was soggy noodles *completely* soaked in a sticky cheese sauce that tasted like Velveeta. There is no way the sauce was fresh and it tasted like it came from a bucket. I ordered the veggie burger that was described as "two patties with jalepeno, pepper jack cheese and chipotle mayo." The burger that came out was a Morningstar patty (not homemade, you can buy these in the Walmart frozen section), topped with fried green beans and swiss cheese. Again, completely not what we ordered. It seems like they just cook whatever they have and don't follow the menu at all. Also they need to separate their garden bar items a little more strictly.. there are ALWAYS chunks of ham scattered throughout everything at the salad bar because there is no divider between any of the options. DEFINITELY not even close to vegetarian-friendly. We will never be going to Ruby Tuesday again.

It is a chain but this one has gone down hill. It is mainly service issues and poor management. This is 3rd poor in last year. I am done.

We eat here about six times a year during our shore visits. The last visit was under new management and the food was excellent. This has always been better than other Ruby Tuesdays we have visited, both in NJ, MD and PA. With the new management, the food quantiy and quality was markedly better. The salad bar is always fresh and clean.

The place smells of mold. Tables: sticky. Plates: dirty. The burger was OK, but the snap peas were disgustingly overcooked and inedible. Would not go back. Would, in fact, warn friends, and even enemies not to eat here. Positives? They have some good microbrews in bottles, which is the only reason I walked in the door. Service was OK.
