High Intensity Intervals:
30 seconds of burpees
30 seconds recovery
30 seconds run (high intensity)
30 seconds recovery

Beginner: Repeat 1-3 times
Intermediate: Repeat 4-7 times
Advanced: Repeat 8+ times

The usual I'd say…don't go out to fast, hydrate & take a gel or 2. Good luck! 👍
Tomorrow will try to make 20km run for the first time. My best is 17.5km for now. Any tips or suggestions?
