Buns of Steel BootCamp is a great workout in Toronto! Every class is different and efficient so your body doesn't know what to expect! Jay, Justine, Emily, Sean and the rest of the team are great and professional! They were also able to offer alternative exercises to help with me sore back to make sure I didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend Buns of Steel and it is even worth waking up at 5:45am for.

I wasn't sure if I ever wanted to attend a boot camp because I just thought of somebody yelling at me and being embarrassed, but Buns Of Steel turned those preconceived notions on its head! The operator clearly loves what he does and has recruited an attentive, goal driven and caring team of instructors who share his passion for healthy living. The exercises are challenging but you'll never feel inadequate and they don't single you out. They just push you to do your best, no matter what that is. Whether you're looking for a way to lose weight, get fit or just make new friends -- Buns of Steel is the right place for you.

I started going since the beginning of the new owner of the program back in 2013. I cannot say enough good things about Jay and this Bootcamp ! Every class seems straight forward and simple at first - but believe me, do not let yourself take it lightly, you will sweat, you will be uncomfortable, but I promise you - you will finish the course. 1 hour is OVER BEFORE YOU KNOW IT! Every class I've attended was engaging, and fun! All of the support you receive from other members including the instructors is UNPARALLEL to any gym or other group fitness class. You are not forced or pushed in any demanding or derogetory ways, your gently nudged to finish what ever set/rep/exercise your working on. The price is probably the best of the best! you will NOT be let down!

This is a fun and nonjudgmental boot camp run by friendly and knowledgeable instructors. I like the focus on safety and form and the incredibly welcoming atmosphere.

Have attended about 10 classes now and I have really enjoyed them all. Everyone seems to be there to get fit but also to have fun. The instructors are good natured enough to joke alongside the participants so the ambiance is very relaxed, yet everyone works hard, to the best of their ability. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I notice they spend a lot of time correcting posture etc. and recommending stretches if participants have specific needs, injuries etc. Overall a great program!

BOS has new ownership now - a guy named Jay who is doing a fabulous job. Jay and all of his trainers are lovely people who are very motivating, dedicated to their jobs and attentive to clients, every class. The atmosphere is comfortable and community-based, yet very challenging and NEVER boring. The exercises are varied, fun, and will always leave you feeling like you've had a great workout and you'll sleep like a baby! You will definitely see results if you attend regularly and put in your best effort. I love going to BOS and look forward to each class; when I miss one I feel disappointed. Jay is also very committed to providing the best service he can, and is always offering us extra perks, plus he has organized regular potlucks that are a lot of fun and with delicious, healthy food! I would recommend BOS to anyone; I love it, I actually enjoy exercising when I'm there, and I'm definitely seeing results.

I've always been apprehensive regarding group exercise and the word "boot camp" could be enough to scare me away. However, I'm so glad I took the chance to check Buns of Steel out. The leader/owner, Jay, is fantastic. He provides motivation without intimidation which is fantastic. The members are of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels and there is no competitive nature what-so-ever. The members encourage each other to push hard and are genuinely happy to see you succeed. This has been a delightful surprise. I'm tired, but satisfied, after each session.
