Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and really genuinely great staff. I came here for the first time with a friend for an early dinner on a Sunday night. By the suggestion of the waitress, I got the Taco Sampler Plate with the first three tacos on the menu -- they were all seriously so delicious. At one point, no lie, I re-realized that I was eating at a vegetarian restaurant and I was a bit blown away - which is to say the food is both hardy and filling. The staff could not have been nicer. My friend and I were taking our time, perhaps more than we should have been (lazy Sunday mentality, after all), and so we were still sitting around when a couple of groups came in and had to wait. Yet, not once did I feel like the staff was pressuring us to finish so that they could turn the table. About the time my friend was finishing up, I did start to feel a bit bad about the people waiting so I started to look around for someone to ask for a to-go box (the last taco held up very well the next day!). Next thing I know, one of the waitresses gives me the exact to-go box I needed! Great first experience, will definitely be going back again.

Great place for vegetarians - you are not constrained with couple of items but the entire menu could be in your selection. We love them. They should open a bigger location in southern part of the city too.

I love this place so much. We travel 4 hours just to eat here and enjoy the atmosphere. Being vegan it's hard to find good options for food and this place is perfect for that. I love all the options and I don't have to worry about what's in it. They also have Vegan Vee desserts and they are to die for!

We recently came back for a long weekend to Nashville having moved to the Pacific Northwest. We recently switched from a Paleo diet to a whole food, plant based diet for health reasons, so tried the Wild Cow for lunch. My wife had the caesar salad...she said the dressing was amazing, and I had the seitan Reuben sandwich....absolutely loved it, and would order again without hesitation. Although found the restaurant atmosphere very appropriate, the noise level was quite uncomfortable....found it most difficult to carry on any kind of conversation, however, that would not keep us away for a moment the next time we're in Nashville.

I am definitely an omnivore, but the Wild Cow is excellent. There are tons of options and--because of the Wild Cow--I find myself regularly craving vegetarian tacos! I most recommend the cashew dip, peanut tempeh tacos, and the chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie (which my daughter loves!)

I went here on a road trip a few months ago and I have to say it was fantastic. Being from Orlando where our one regular vegan restaurant is nothing but a disappointment, this was a lovely surprise. The place was packed, service was good, and the food was incredible. Anything with seitan was particularly great.

Stopped by yesterday for lunch and the place was super busy! Although I was a party of one, I had at least 3 friendly and enthusiastic servers checking in on me. Definitely some of the best customer service I've had at a restaurant. Not to mention the food was so good, especially the GF baked goods!

Love the food and in house service, but if you try to call for take out no one will answer.
