I was on a near 14 hour road trip from Mississippi to Virginia when passing through Nashville. My girlfriend and I were both stressed out and I decided (without her knowing) that we shoild stop and get us some vegan grub! We stopped here and got the vegan Reuben sandwich with spinach dip and chips and a vegan Philly steak with queso and chips. Unfortunately, (but good for them) the restaurant was very busy so we placed our order to go and ate in the car. Her and I split eat sandwich so that we could try everything... and I kid you not those sandwiches were like mana from heaven! Everything that we ate was just amazing! It says something about yourself when you chose to eat cruelty free food, but its a double whammy when you feel great eating food made by people with the same attitude! Thanks again for the tasty food and we'll be sure to stop in again when whenever we pass through!

Ok, first things first. Obviously, this is a vegetarian restaurant that serves very clean (not cleanliness, this is how the food is prepared, cooked, and served). Do not go there expecting greasy fatty foods. This place very good but if you don't eat food like this you may find it hard to find something appetizing. However, they do have some very good played though. The nachos are really great and the buffalo tempeh is great, as well. Recommended if you try to eat healthy or want a whole nutritious meal. *Also, they serve VeganVee bakery desserts :) sooo good

I am definitely an omnivore, but the Wild Cow is excellent. There are tons of options and--because of the Wild Cow--I find myself regularly craving vegetarian tacos! I most recommend the cashew dip, peanut tempeh tacos, and the chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie (which my daughter loves!)

I went here on a road trip a few months ago and I have to say it was fantastic. Being from Orlando where our one regular vegan restaurant is nothing but a disappointment, this was a lovely surprise. The place was packed, service was good, and the food was incredible. Anything with seitan was particularly great.

Great time. Friendly staff. I do not eat out often, but find myself putting this restaurant in my top choices. Take time to visit the neighborhood too. Great people all around.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and really genuinely great staff. I came here for the first time with a friend for an early dinner on a Sunday night. By the suggestion of the waitress, I got the Taco Sampler Plate with the first three tacos on the menu -- they were all seriously so delicious. At one point, no lie, I re-realized that I was eating at a vegetarian restaurant and I was a bit blown away - which is to say the food is both hardy and filling. The staff could not have been nicer. My friend and I were taking our time, perhaps more than we should have been (lazy Sunday mentality, after all), and so we were still sitting around when a couple of groups came in and had to wait. Yet, not once did I feel like the staff was pressuring us to finish so that they could turn the table. About the time my friend was finishing up, I did start to feel a bit bad about the people waiting so I started to look around for someone to ask for a to-go box (the last taco held up very well the next day!). Next thing I know, one of the waitresses gives me the exact to-go box I needed! Great first experience, will definitely be going back again.

Great place for vegetarians - you are not constrained with couple of items but the entire menu could be in your selection. We love them. They should open a bigger location in southern part of the city too.

Good food but the dinner rush stretches the staff thin making service a bit slow.
