These little "shotgun" houses of Key West look small from the front, but just wait until you get inside! #keywest

Cat-tention to detail. #KeyWest is a pet-friendly place, so why not show off a little creature character?

This "hospitality" chain is a joke. Staff members at the Wicker Guest House were rude and unpleasant. The king room we reserved had a full size bed with a mattress rivaling a sheet of plywood. There was cable TV, but only one channel... the Keys info channel. Wifi did not work. Our bathroom overlooked the pool and courtyard, but the blinds were broken a foot from the bottom of the window so flashing the guests in the courtyard was inevitable. The parking is a mess. They require you to leave your car keys at the front desk. We went outside to find our car had been moved, seat and mirrors moved and belongings inside the car had also been moved. The contract states no refunds for early check-outs... There is a reason for that! (We ended up throwing away that money and found a better lodging option.) Buyer beware!

We stayed with key west hospitality inns for 2 nights and I couldn't have been happier. The room was great. Clean, upkept, and in a quiet location. The real amazing thing with them is Andrea. She was able to help me out with proposing to my now fiancée when a fishing charter wouldn't help. Without her, it wouldn't have been possible in the memorable way I got to.

Wicker House, Worst freaking place ever! Found tons of other people's hair on pillow case, sheets, blankets, towels, no light in bathroom, dead bugs on the bed under sheet, oh and a drier fabric softener sheet. After pulling all linens off bed and asking housekeeping phase change she put another sheet over the first one and made the problem worst cause now there was more hair and haphazardly put the need back together, the room was warm and manager was rude to my cousin on his wedding day. NEVER STAY HERE!!! And this all happened in one day. Update: to be fair they provide a full refund and we found a nice place for 50$ more a night.

Breakfast was 1 mile away, for 1 hour window, 830-930, not enough time to get to our boat tour. No soap or shampoo in room, painted over rotting wood windows. Free parking on Web site but when we arrived said park on street. Awful

Amazing hotel! So nice and charming place! My friends and I spent 3 nights and 4 days at the Wicker Guesthouse and we all fell in love with the place. Nice and big room, nice beds and pillows!, amazing big bathroom with a cool Jacuzzi. A pretty cool pool and patios, where breakfast is served, which was great and included in the price. Free parking. And situated in Duval St, main street in Key West. The employees were so kind, specially Pat! Simply amazing! I am going back, for sure.

I am staying in one of the rooms at 818 White Street and disappointed in the condition of the room. The place looks like it hasn't had a good cleaning in a year! There are marks on the walls and the window frame in the washroom is falling apart. The sink and faucet were not clean either. When we came back to our room the bed was made but my towel was still lying on the bed by the pillows..which I thought was strange. I will not be coming back here.

Hi Julie, I'm sorry to hear about this. By chance did you get an opportunity to address these concerns to the team? I will pass along your feedback to the owners as well. Please reach out if we can be of further assistance. - Karrie

We had so many problems to include: cleanliness, housekeeping, broken iron, no pillowcase, broken light, mold in bathroom, no wifi. Spoke to the manager and he essentially told me that it was my fault that he wasnt notified of these problems. Maybe you should try checking out your own unit first. They gave me a twenty percent discount for all of the issues, but I would have been better off just leaving. Best advice: stay away.

the wicker house was very pleasing. when i arrived they were very helpful with directions and everything. the room we stayed in was very cute it had a mini kitchen with a little dining table, a nice bathroom, and very comfortable beds with good a/c. They also had a great private pool area. theres really nothing else i could ask for. i would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone. :)
