Saw this vegetable for the first time in a local grocery store, bought some not knowing what to do with it. But thankfully, with our smartphones looking up all the vegetable names we weren't familiar with (there were a couple different types of Asian vegetables there), we found the name and this video to learn how to cook it. We followed the recipe (see "about" section) and cooked it for about 10 minutes once all the ingredients were in the pan (also used a large non-stick wok). I would say it is a good basic green vegetable. Clean flavor. But, I would at least double all the seasonings in the recipe, and double check the salt at the end (our final dish needed more, and I'm generally a salt averse person). Also, it needs to cook at least 15 minutes after all the ingredients are in the pan (lid mostly on, stirring every couple minutes). A squeeze of lemon at the end might be good too.

We think Taste Buds of India is a great addition to Coral Springs (especially since Khana Kh'zana changed ownership). I loved their Biryani and the Tandori Whole Fish (snapper) was great. Not over cooked at all. My husband enjoyed a curry, but ordered it too spicy for me to take more than a taste. Looking forward to trying their Sunday buffet lunch which I've heard from a friend is very good. She said, "Not a huge spread but top quality. AMAZING flavors."

We've been to several Vietnamese restaurants in south Florida but hadn't been to Pho Atlantic until the waiter at our (former) regular place suggested we try it. Real pho broth, great duck and fresh bamboo soup (warning: lots of bones). A neighboring table ordered vegetable pho + chicken, great if you want more than bean sprouts for vegetable content. Loved the crepe and spring rolls. Looking forward to returning again and again.

Those giving it a low review just don't get it. Sure they have a great variety of sometimes unusual flavors. But the true reason Creole Creamery is so great is the ice cream is very fresh (it's made in house). I've never had "icy" ice cream (caused by improper storage). Always creamy and delicious. Also, good coffee from a local roaster, cheap! ($1.50 reg coffee, $2.75 cappuccino, for example)

We went there last night with a large group (16 people). We'd been to many other restaurants with this group and another similar cuisine (El Bacon de las Americas in Coral Springs) could not keep up with a large group (food took over an hour to come out). But Latinos did a great job. We had a great waiter and the kitchen pumped out the food, so everyone was served within a few minutes of each other. And, the food was delicious, Something to satisfy most tastes (no so much vegetarian, but that goes with the cuisine). Some reviews say it is over priced, we didn't feel that way. We look forward to going back, even if just a couple.

Very Disappointed with Sunday Brunch We had only been to Kenny Tang's once before, also for Sunday Brunch. The food, while quite good, comes out VERY SLOW. The first time, we thought it was mostly the servers fault (he was clearly a trainee but the dining room was empty), but this last time we came with a group of 10 and it was obvious the kitchen/restaurant is just as disorganized and can't handle even a half full restaurant. Lots of stupid things, like them not having enough teapots or having to repeatedly ask for water refills. Some plates came out without the same sides or sauce (all were supposed to be the same, it's a tasting menu). Just very disappointing, and embarrassing for us considering we organized this get together. I mean it was six SMALL courses (tastings really) and it took nearly 3 hours!!! We should have walked out, as it was several people commented they were leaving hungry!

I use diesel. The 3 stations right near here usually have the same price. But, Racetrac has the nicest convenience store and clean bathrooms.
