I ordered 2 dozen roses on Tuesday, January 25th to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. I originally asked that they be delivered on Saturday, March 1st. Less than an hour later I called and asked that the delivery date be changed to Thursday February 27th. The girl on the phone gave no indication that it would be a problem. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise. When my mother-in-law called Thursday evening my husband asked if she called about the flowers (no longer a surprise!). She said “what flowers?” She didn’t receive them. I called Friday morning to make sure they would be delivered, only to be told they the flowers wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. OH, she would get the dead flowers on Saturday or Monday. Now I have sent my mother-in-law dead flowers for her 80th birthday. I can’t cancel the order that will arrive DAYS AFTER her 80th birthday. My husband is livid. I am ashamed. I could not possibly have a WORSE experience!!! I am not offered a full refund. I am offered a store credit so I can test your incompetence again, or I can take half my money back and be happy with the DEAD bouquet I sent to my mother-in-law! I called again to try to get satisfaction. After all, your website states “satisfaction guaranteed” and “same day delivery to Milton, FL”, so I thought maybe we could arrange to have a different bouquet delivered today (to satisfy the customer), unfortunately your customer service person hung up on me! Wow.
