Pricey, but you get to see a lot. Big park, lots of animals. Easy to spend s coulee of hours with out even trying.

My family and friends had a great time driving through the park and witnessing animals in an open setting as if on safari. The kids had enough to do and see. Plenty of rides and games for the little ones. The feeding of the Giraffes was the high point for me. I would recommend this excursion to a friend any time.

The animals are always cool to look at as usual, but the safari world park is starting to lack. The shows and the little attractions that are there make you wonder if it was worth it. Also, half the shows at lion country safari do not start until like 3:00, making it impractical to sit around. Sure it would be more fun for the younger crowd, but half the activities there cost more money and when you are paying $30 pp it seems a little steep. I think the Palm Beach Zoo has more to offer for the older crowd at a better price.

I took my 2 daughters and my granddaughter to Lion Country Safari for their Halloween event. We had a marvelous time. The drive through the park was exciting. My granddaughter loved seeing all the animals. She participated in the Halloween activities at the Pavilion, walked in the costume parade, and enjoyed the show at the Animal Theatre. She also played in the water at the Water Park. We finished the day by feeding the giraffes. It was a full day but was relaxing and fun. I highly recommend Lion Country on any day of the week!

This was a fantastic attraction! I recall a similar attraction in the mid-atlantic region as a child in the 1970's, so I was curious as an adult whether this park could measure up to fond childhood memories. In summary, Yes! The approximate 1 hour drive-through portion of the attraction was amazing. We have captured close-up footage of animals in the "wild" that will last us a lifetime, including one friendly brawl between two African Scimitar-Horned Oryx and a "I'll scratch your back, and you'll scratch my back" scene between two zebras. The walk-through and live presentations of the attraction were also excellent. Signage was informative of each. Gift shops were ideal for refreshments and unique souvenirs. The approximate 4-5 hour outing was attended by one adult female and two teenage males; none of us were bored. Also, for visitors not accustomed to the Floridian heat, there were plenty of shade areas to get relief from the heat. However, I do recommend doing the tour as close to the opening time as possible in the hot summer months instead of the second half of the day to further mitigate the exhausting affect of the direct sun's heat.

Great place to go with family or friends. It's really a unique experience. Definitely not like your typical zoo. With one entry fee you can go through the safari as many times as you want during that day. Super fun!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. SAD FOR THE ANIMALS. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.They charge $30 per person which is a rip off plus $6 for parking which we never did because we felt so badly for the animals we left directly after the safari. It's called lion country safari but there was maybe only 10 in the only herd. The chimpanzee exhibit looked like old beat up kids playground sets. Then there was a very depressed almost sickly looking grey head monkey by it's self. Some of the donkeys were matted and looked ignored. The giraffe area was bare dismal. I have never been to a zoo or animal attraction that was just so poor looking. Not to mention that most people are poor drivers do not to follow directions. We continuously got stuck behind cars who would stop in the middle of the road instead of pulling to the side. It was a frustrating and sad hour and half of our life.
