Was in town and my baggage was lost. Dropped by to get a suit since i had an important business meeting. I'm short for a guy and need tailoring. They measured and tailored my suit within a few hours and i was able to wear it at my meetying the next morning. Amazing service and worth the price.

I was a customer here in college days -- dark gray flannel suit, pink button-down shirt, and black silk string tie. And, when I could again afford it again, for business in downtown New York. Then I left as first Carnaby Street, then Polo, T&A, Zegna, Brioni, the Barney's gang, offered more interesting and superior ware. Now I buy there occasionally for what they are -- upper middle market suppliers, especially for standard, long-wearing shirts.

One of the better stocked stores in the Boston area. The staff is really helpful. If items were not available here the staff was more than helpful in calling other stores to locate the item.

Stopped into the flagship store for a pair of Milano corduroys, only to be told they were an "internet only" item. "So what do you have?" I asked, adding "I don't want anything baggy." "Right this way, sir... This is the one style we stock... They are relaxed fit." Already disappointed by the poor selection, I was upset the sales clerk seemed to think I might not notice that baggy and relaxed fit amounted to the same thing. With stock and service like that, why even bother with the store?
