Google amputated my Google Reader memory but left me the limb - in the form of a JSON file. [1]

I'd like to import this JSON file into Wordpress, to retroactively create a searchable and net exposed archive of all the links and annotations I shared/saved through Reader Social.

I can't find much about JSON import, much less into Wordpress. It seems a solvable problem though. Am I looking in the wrong places? Are there end-user tools that would let me transform the GR JSON exports into something WordPress could import?

Hello all:

I had kind of the same problem as you have, mine was to lose all of my posts from Wordpress and I found a way to recover them from Google Reader. You can read what I did here (I used the starred items in Google Reader):
