Hi there! I have a question about what the best kind of supportive office chair people recommend. I believe the aeron is outdated and there must be something simpler and cleaner and more ergonomic out there. #question

"Life is the greatest art."

Great book. Anyone read it? It basically captures all the wisdom you find in any contemporary business book. Clearly it speaks to messages worth repeating and re reading again and again.

Your parents sent me a couple of books. I've misplaced their phone number and e-mail address. I'd like to thank them for the gift. Can you please e-mail me their contact information. Mahalo, Ken

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us…We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.” – Marianne Williamson

Parents urged to limit tv for kids. Good advice for us all even if we don't have kids. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/10/19/health/19babies.html?emc=eta1

There are moments in our lives, there are moments in a day, when we seem to see beyond the usual — become clairvoyant. We reach then into reality. Such are the moments of our greatest happiness. Such are the moments of our greatest vision.

At such times there is a song going on within us, a song to which we listen. It fills us with surprise. We marvel at it. We would continue to hear it. But few are capable of holding themselves in the state of listening to their song. Intellectuality steps in and as the song within us is of the utmost sensitiveness, it retires in the presence of the cold, material intellect. It is aristocratic and will not associate itself with the commonplace — and we fall back and become our ordinary selves. Yet we live in the memory of these songs which, in moments of intellectual inadvertence, have been possible to us. They are the pinnacles of our experience and it is the desire to express these intimate sensations, this song from within, which motivates the masters.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what most surprised him about humanity, answered "Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about thw future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

Wow. That's a good quote to live by.
