I was told this was a good company and recommended it. For $900. + $80.tax, his crew of 3 came in and sprayed (1 time) weeds and moss. Unfortunately much of the weeds, clover, etc are still thriving. I was so disappointed in the work done. Many areas not sprayed. No follow up spraying included in the high price. Takes advantage of seniors so beware. Daughter of Ellen McKanna

Worthless if you have a complaint about one of their "partner companies". Tried to work through them to get a refund a business admitted they owed me, it was a 7 month waste of time. The BBB hid the complaint as far as I can tell to protect the bad actors rating. The BBB closed my complaint which was literally a request for a document the business was obligated to send me to collect a refund the business admitted they owed me. I finally contained the appropriate regulatory agency who DID do something. Worthless.

They contacted me instantly about a complaint I have against a company that had done me wrong and continues to do so. My only complaint is that they need to have information for your closes offices and what information they need from you in order to set things right. I'm feeling hopeful that things will turn out great but I'm more than willing to edit this once everything is settled.

Absolutely the worst. This is just the latest in a long series of problems I have had with Apria. After several attempts to contact the local office, which cannot be done, I went into the Silverdale branch. Funny they don't take calls because EVERY TIME I went in the girl behind the desk was on the phone. Anyhow when she helped me she said I needed to make an appointment and come back later. On the day of the appointment the girl at the desk was on the phone and the girl I had the appointment with was not very helpful or knowledgeable also the wait time seemed excessive for a place with no customers other than me. I was told I needed to make another appointment and come back again with my cpap machine. Would have been nice if I was told that before the appointment. On the third appointment after waiting again the girl looked at the machine for all of 2 seconds and said I was eligible for an updated machine. She said she would do the paperwork. I had to ask if I needed to see my doctor, she said no. I had to ask when I would hear back, she said 2 weeks. In the end I had spent 5 times as much time waiting than in consult. I saw only 2 people there, the girl on the phone and the girl from the back. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. Then I began calling the local phone number and could not get through --busy signal. Then when I finally got through it was to a call center or something where I waited on hold for 5 minutes and the woman on the other end could barely speak or understand English. After giving her my credentials she put me on hold came back after 3 minutes and asked me for my credentials again then put me on hold again and I got cut off. Next day the 5th attempt and went through the exact same procedure except after the second time I was put on hold I was transferred to another woman who did not speak English any better and again had to give her my life story. She put me on hold -- after 7 minutes I was disconnected. I finally got an American on the phone today. I asked if there was any way I could talk to the Silverdale Branch. She said no. After giving my life story for the second (or third) time she found out that the girl from the office never did her job and no machine was ordered. So I am back to square one. She said she would file the request for a new machine. No idea when I would hear back. Piss Poor way to do business. Very bad service. If you can use any other company I highly recommend you do not use Apria!

The BBB does nothing for a valid complaint. Do not waste your time filing a complaint with them. Use social media you will get faster and better results. They will just close your complaint saying the business (Treadmill World) "addressed the issues within the complaint". The only addressing they did was acknowledge the complaint, they did nothing about it. Then the BBB did nothing about it. The BBB is a dinosaur from the past and has no valid existence in today's world.
