Finally Google Voice MMS (kinda)

You still cannot receive MMS messages to your phone via your GV #.

But if you have the email a copy every SMS option checked in your GV settings then the attachment/image will be sent to your email.

You can identify when this occurs with a SMS message download failure that includes the Grand Central/GV email format: yourGV#.thesenders#.UID@txt.voice.google.com

Another way to identify this, receiving a MMS/attachment file to your email, not on your phone, is within the GV SMS app/web page. The senders SMS msg will say:

<Subject: New Message>

Head over to your email and you will see the image/attachment within that SMS senders email copies thread.

Importance Value: Subject Matter

One measure of the relative dominance of subject in a data-set community is called the Importance Value (IV).

Importance values rank subject within a data-set site based upon certain criteria or rules (IVR):
Simple Examples:

1) how commonly a subject occurs across the entire data-set;
2) the total number of items of the subject;
3) the total amount of data-set area occupied by the subject.

Unlike opinion mining this is not valuing a subject based on multiple unrelated sources, there is only one measurement source used to define and value importance for that same source.

Starting with a single origin source determining the importance value of a subject

The source definition of value importance on a subject is used by the formula to determine importance value on related subjects thus expanding the origin source value definition exponentially.
Simple Formula:

a) Importance is given to a subject matter.
b) Locations with the greater amount of that subject become important.
c) Other subjects within that location become important
