Being positive does not mean being over confident. Being positive does not mean to think we are the movers and shakers. Determination to succeed is welcome but false pride is destined to fall apart. There is no dearth of people who boast of moving mountains but suffer failures after failures. Positivity is not only in your thoughts; it is a universal energy. It is not a mere imagination of success. It is real and all-encompassing. Subsequently, it is not limited to one’s own success. Real positivity brings success to all concerned. This is only possible when we understand the principle of vadudhaiva kutumbakam.

Not only are they endearing to the heart, his songs make perfect philosophical sense and show his surrender to and personal loving relationship with God, or Krishna, who he often addresses in his songs as Narsaiyana Nath, meaning the master of Narsinh Mehta.

"Hearing Brahma’s prayers, Lord Gauranga benedicted him saying, “So be it. When My pastimes become visible on earth, you will take birth in a yavana’s house. Your name will be Haridas Thakur, and you will be famous for your humility and completely free from all pride. You will chant three hundred thousand names a day, and when you pass from this world you will be seeing Me. And at the end of the second one hundred trillion years of your life, you will attain Navadvipa dham and be absorbed in eternal rasa..."
