When a customer gives you a cheque you didn't ask for or expect.

I love this story about from Jonathan Myers at Accounting Firm UWM in Leeds.
 
It’s a story about how giving impacts people you’d least expect it too, how intention is crucial and how consistently using B1G1 Gratitude Certificates has an impact.
 
Here's Jonathan:

"One client who was visiting the office to sign her tax return could not stop herself from saying how wonderful she thought what we were doing with B1G1 was.

A second client who has been a client for almost 30 years brought his books in and said he thought what we were doing with B1G1 was a great thing to be doing. With his books, he left a cheque for us and asked us to do “something charitable with it”.

It’s so nice to get good feedback from clients even though that’s not the reason for doing what we are doing."

It's amazing how many people don't know this is happening! SO many people believe that all they have to do is get (for example)1000 'likes' on their page and 'Whoopee Doo', 1000 people will see your posts. In fact it's very rarely more 60 and now, as Jay points out, it can be 10 (unless you pay for it ..... and that's a 'gotcha')
