WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! My boyfriend and I came in later on in the evening and were told we could no longer have the hibachi in front of the chef. That was irritating because we had plenty of time, but sat in the dining area anyway. As soon as we sat down the waitresses rushed us with everything and was SO rude. Halfway through our meal they shut the music off and most of the lights!!! What a joke!! The waitress gave us our bill and to go boxes at this time as well. All waitresses/employees then gathered in surrounding booths with their JACKETS ON WAITING TO LEAVE, PEEKING OVER AT US EVERY COUPLE MINUTES UNTIL WE LEFT!!!

Rude and unprofessional service. The waitress was the main problem. 1) The waitress came around to pick up all of the soup and salad bowls. She holds her hand out to my girlfriend to signal her to hand her the empty bowls. I couldn't believe it. Usually when a waitress ASKS for help like a human being there's a very legitimate and obvious reason and all it takes is a polite "Could you please hand me your cup so I can refill it, I can't quite reach it over there." There was absolutely no reason the waitress couldn't have picked up the bowls herself. 2) Before we even had a chance to open our menus, the waitress asked for our drink orders very impatiently. We wanted to order drinks with our meal, but because of the pressure we just ordered water. She did the same with our food, we had a total of about a minute to look at the menu before she was standing there with her pen and pad asking what we wanted. We had to tell her to give us a minute at least a couple times. 3) Considering how impatient the waitress was I thought that they were going to get started soon but I was wrong. After she took our orders we sat there for at least 20 minutes. Another couple at the table was getting impatient at that point and went to ask what the hold up was. They were making all 6 of us wait to see if 2 more people would come so they could fill our table. Our reservation was for 4pm, I don't think the cook started until 4:45.

We walked in .. they asked if we had a groupon right away! Yes, we did and they sat us for Hibachi. The gal came over and asked for our drink order and then also asked if we had a groupon. We let her know Yes, we did and it was also our daughters birthday. She came with our drinks and dripped all over my hubby's menu and plate - she either did not notice or did not care as she said nor did anything .. so my hubby took his paper napkin and wiped it up. Strange - we had paper napkins and all the other tables had cloth - so I grabbed 3 from the next table .. next came the salad and soup - all was fine EXCEPT the bowl for my soup had a big chip in it. The entertainment was next and he did a fabulous job and the show was good. The gal came back and asked how the food was and asked to get my groupon (in the middle of our dinner) so I put down my chopsticks, grabbed my purse and gave her the groupon. She sat another table behind ours and went to the table that I took the cloth napkins from and said something in her language and went to the back to grab three more or that table. Came back with our check and we paid .. they forgot about my daughters birthday! I asked or a box and an extra yum yum sauce to go and she kinda rolled her eyes. Too bad they are so concerned about a groupon then the experience they provide. Our bill for three people was still $90 after the groupon. Not sure if I will come back. We have been here several times and the service is always just so so. I will most likely go to Kintaro in Blaine - great food and great service!

We stumbled across this restaurant during our stop in Coon Rapids and decided we would have dinner there. We had the "all you can eat" sushi. The only real negative comments I have is that it was a bit pricey BUT we asked the owner for a discount since we were a large group and from out-of-town and he gave us a 10% discount (bravo!) - and for some reason the table was a bit sticky (needs a good scrubbing). Everything else was excellent, the sushi and sashimi is good quality (for an all-you-can eat) and the tempura was lightly battered and delicious (although we were disappointed to find out that they had removed eggplant from the menu because it wasn't popular). The BEST part of the entire experience was the serving staff - quick, funny and engaging - especially our server, who could be an amateur comedian, she was HILARIOUS and kept us laughing all evening. Great experience - I hope she's still there next year when we visit again.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary 2013 and it's my first time at hibachi. The performance was good as well the food. 2014 we went again I think twice I feel the performance wasn't good anymore. Currently year we celebrated our valentine's over there and the groupon not working even it's not holiday. So we come back again May 2015 the chef forget to serve my scallops, then accidentally cut his finger bleeding and all food are burned. Yesterday we come back gain and same chef his name Johnny the performance not good at all, he cooked fast, messy everywhere, uncooked rice. My lobster was over cooked and gave only 4 little pieces, my steak should be medium rare I got well done and he gave me 6 little pieces. I feel it's getting worse now not good as my 1st time there. Maybe never go back anymore...

Spicy girl rolls are hands down the best thing in the world. Could eat them all day, Although it would be nice to order seaweed salad insted of ginger salad with the lunch box combo. But spicy girl rolls, are amazing. My favorite food.

Most God awful service and customer service that I have ever experienced. I called two weeks prior to make dinner reservations for my wedding night, and the host hung up on me without saying "bye" at the end of our phone call. He wasn't friendly or congratulatory on my marriage at all, but I let it slide. Later, I called back and asked to speak to a manager & the host says, "Why? Who is this?" I said, "This is a customer & I need to speak to your manager. I have a question about my Groupon." Then, the host said, "He's not here & won't be till 6." and hung up on me again. I showed up on my wedding night to have a celebratory dinner with friends & family & they made it pure hell. We didn't even get seated until an hour after the time I made my reservations for, & we didn't get to eat until 1.5 hours after the time my reservations were for. When we asked what the hold up was they said that they were "waiting for other tables to clear out & that they can't control how fast people eat." I mentioned that that was why I made reservations in the first place so that they would have something set up for us right at 7 and the hostess rolled her eyes at me. Since we had a large party, we were split between 2 tables across from each other, & we were supposed to have 2 chefs. Well, one chef came & started to cook for the other side of the table as the other half of our group watched. Finally, the chef realized that we were all together & had to leave his station to call another chef over. Once the other chef showed up for our side of the table, the food was good & so was the show, but there was obviously a huge lack of communication between the management, waitresses, hosts, & chefs. Them when it came time to pay, they threw an absolute fit about my party having Groupon coupons even though I had spoke to the manager prior to showing up asking if he would be able to accommodate our Groupons. Manager was completely unaccommodating & they waitress was one of the rudest people I have ever met. She was mocking our questions & laughed in our faces when I told her that it was my wedding night & she was ruining it. Awful, just plain awful. YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO EAT HERE AGAIN.

22 dollars for chicken broth and a single mushroom. Pay a dollar or two more and go to Ichiban
