Replace or Reface? This is a question I get asked often. Here is a simple way to think of it. If your car is getting old & looking tired do you repaint it or get a new one. If you love the car you may repaint. If you don't love it, you may want a new one. With a new kitchen comes a new layout & new everything else. The difference is that refacing costs in the same area as a new kitchen, unlike a new car versus painting. Some times refacing may make sense, but I would get prices & way out the benefits of both before making your final decision.
