Simple table sugar. Honey. Sugar in the raw. Splenda. There’s a wide variety of sweeteners you might find on food and drink labels or choose to sweeten your meals. This chart highlights all these sweeteners’ positive and negative attributes.

The Earth is the only world known, so far, to harbor life. There is nowhere else, at least in the near future, to which our species could migrate. Visit, yes. Settle, not yet. Like it or not, for the moment, the Earth is where we make our stand. It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known.
Yesterday was the 25th anniversary of the Voyager 1 spacecraft taking one of the most iconic photographs in history: Earth, as seen from over six billion kilometers away. It was taken under the urging of Carl Sagan, and NASA commanded the spacecraft to rotate so that the camera would take...

It’s fun to look out an airplane window at night and try to identify stars above and cities below. But I’ve never had as good a view as this: That time-lapse video is by Paul Williams, a systems designer based in London. He flies to San Francisco many times a...

Groups living just 100 miles apart can have opposite views of morality (Image: Roger De La Harpe/Gallo Images/Corbis). "NEVER work with children or animals," the saying goes. Fortunately for science, Sarah Brosnan didn't listen. Plenty of researchers had already trained primates to earn snacks ...

We went there on 22/12/12. We were greeted with a steaming cup of traditional kerala chukku kappi (free indeed!) and very delicious! This is a well maintained Ayyappa temple in Delhi. Atmosphere is full of 'Bhakthi" and pure enlightenment. I thoroughly enjoyed visit to this holy worship place.

Excellent place for those traveling with family. I stayed here and with just 600 rs for double AC room, everything was superb with direct view of Dhanushkodi! I'm coming back here again.

This store have now been relocated near Gol-Diggi main bazar, Bathinda. When I went to service my 1.2 year old samsung galaxy 3 (on 17/10/2012), I was greeted with an array of protesters shouting in unison "Samsung Service Centre Moordhabad". I waited for my turn in the queue. Without even opening the phone cover of my cell phone the technical staff declared that the faulty part is motherboard and a replacement will cost Rs. 4500. I insisted to at least open the phone and check the circuitry to find which part is faulty to make sound dysfunctional in my phone. Poor service! No sooner than they declined, me too joined in the clamour to shout "Samsung Service Center Moordhabad"! I wont recommend anyone in the earth to buy Samsung products; they are just so mean and cheap!
