Audio Podcasting  -

Does anybody know some good video tutorials on mixing/EQ/compressors aimed at podcasters?

I do mostly trial and error at the moment and would love to get some of the underlying concepts and theories explained, especially regarding clearing up Skype/bad internal mic sound. Practically all tutorials I found so far assume that you got pretty good audio from the beginning and are aimed at mixing music.

Thanks!

Introduce yourself, your Podcast  -

Hi everybody. We just published the first episode of the African Arguments Podcast, which I co-host and produce: http://traffic.libsyn.com/africanarguments/AAP001.mp3

African Arguments is a well established and regarded blog focussing on Africa affairs, politics, economy and culture, published by UK's Royal African Society.

This is my first outing as "professional" podcaster, so I appreciate all feedback.

+Charles Wilson thanks for the feedback! The co-host had some issues with recording, we are on that. And the guest had some construction noise in the background, nothing much we could do about that.

Good point about the summary/introduction. I'll try to include that in the next episode. Thanks again!

While reviews are always interesting I feel there's a subjective component. With some microphones, same room/processing, I sound better than with others.
