Nothing fancy. A good place for quick falafel. Carryout only, no seats.

I see it as ok because there's really only a standing table to eat on. They put a bench only during the spring and summer so it's mostly a to go place not a dine in place. There's also no shawarma served in this location. The rest of the food is good but no place to eat and no shawarma in this place.

Falafel tastes great, I assume they are baked. Service is prompt and food is not expensive by NY standards.

Came here because of recommendation by a close friend. Sorry to say, but the service is absolutely horrendous and pathetic. Instead of laughing at customers for not knowing how this particular place works, e.g. choose salads and dressings once your order is made, the 3 guys who were working here today, serving no one except for us chose to laugh once they entered their tiny kitchen. Peeping from inside and laughing at customers and saying things like "They don't get it" while customers try to figure out the dressings to put on their falafel is just unacceptable. Excuse me, if people don't get it, isn't it your responsibility to tell them how it works. Not everyone coming to your place lives in New York. Moreover there are literally endless options in NYC for falafel, people decided to give you a try because either they heard good things about your food or read some good reviews online. Respect is everything, didn't even feel like having the food after our experience, though we paid for it. Instead, went to Kati Junction just 100 feet away and even though the type of food is different, we're glad we went there. Dear Owner, if you are reading this. Please make sure that you hire the right people to run this place. Doesn't matter if highest quality/grade food is provided here, if the customers aren't treated well, no one's going to turn up here sooner or later. Never coming back again neither recommending to anyone.

One of the best vegetarian options in the area. Get the bowl and STUFF it with the salad bar. Their sweet potato fries are delectable.
