We went and saw the Jeff Dunham's ventriloquist show. Trying to get into the parking lot was a cluster. It took about 45 minutes to get in to the parking lot. Then the parking lot attendant charged me $10, for what? There was no direction to a parking spot and and when we asked an attendant where we should park he said park anywhere you like. While walking up to the doors to get in, there were multiple parking spots open that were not filled. Like most smaller arenas, every seat in the house was smaller and closer together. No drink holders on the seats so you had to set your drink on the floor to be knocked over or hold it to make your expensive drink warm. Jeff and his show was just spectacular. Now, getting out after the show was horrible. We stood in the hallway for about half an hour before people even started to move out of the building. If something were to have happened, it would've been a horrible outcome. More doors leading out after the event should've been open. I really don't think I will ever come to an event here again for safety reasons. Getting out of the parking lot was just as big of a cluster as trying to get in. Only two gates opened to leave and no attendant to make sense of the chaos.

Went to see Jeff Dunham a couple weeks ago and everything was fine. Just always curious as to why the don't make more areas to exit the arena? It would make traffic a little less chaotic. We sat still for a half hour trying to leave.

Very nice staff. Great food at the venue. Nice overall. A very cozy arena to enjoy a concert in

The floor seating is dated, very uncomfortable and squished between others. The air must of been broken it was about 80 and people were starting to sweat and stink. For the outrageous cost of the tickets you would expect much better. Very disappointed with this venue.

Went to see the ventriloquist, Jeff Dunham. The show was great but the arena parking staff were no smarter than the dummies Jeff carries in his luggage. Over 45 minutes to park and over 30 minutes to leave the parking lot. Inside was no better. Some people started to use the emergency exits because there was no movement for over 15 minutes towards the normal exits. A staff member tried to stop them by saying that they would fall off a cliff into traffic. Wrong, everyone was able to safely escape the hell hole. Attendants gave no directions and only a couple of gates were open. The staff were even slow to take the $10 parking fee. I will never attend an event here again.

Had big fun with my wife at the monster jam. Didn't like that our tickets cost more cause we needed handicap seats. And $6 for a 80 cent soda is a little odd a off brand at that.
