My husband and I recently purchased a new Nissan Altima from Gunn Nissan. After a dicerningly deceptive sales pitch and interaction with Ancira Nissan I excused myself and called Gunn Nissan and was greeted by Hillary. I inquired about a specific Altima I was looking for and was told they had the vehicle in stock (Ancira had just told me they had checked and Gunn did not have the vehicle I was looking for). Hillary was very professional and invited me to come by and she would show me the vehicle. My husband and I left Ancira and went directly to Gunn. Hillary cordially greeted us and explained that she was tied up with another customer that would take some time and had asked a fellow sales associate, Elaine, to work with us. We had an exceptional experience with both Elaine and Hillary. Very professional and thorough. No pressure, no rush. It was closing time when we finally finalized out purchase agreement and needed to return the next day to finalize all the paperwork. Elaine went out of her way on her day off the meet with us to complete our purchase. Hillary then presented our new Altima and gave us a very detailed overview of every aspect of operation. I thought purchasing my Lexus was a top notch experience but this was the most amazing car purchasing experience we have ever had! I would highly recommend both Hillary and Elaine and will absolutely not deal with anyone else to purchase my next Nissan!

I went to Gunn Nissan to check out a Nissan Murano that I saw on the internet. Salesman, Joe Ramirez walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable on this make of vehicle. Turns out he also owns one! Needless to say, I bought this vehicle. I've been to other dealers, and it was like night and day...no high pressure tactics here. Go see, my Murano brother, Joe when you're ready to purchase your next vehicle. No surprises here!

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH GUNN NISSAN. WE HAD HELP FROM CORNELL AND HE WAS AWESOME. HE HAD EVERYTHING SET UP AND READY BY THE TIME WE WALKED IN THE DOORS AND HAD US TAKEN CARE OF. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO SPEND ALL DAY THERE AND THEY HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVER ALL I AM SUPER PLEASED WITH MY CAR AND SERVICE!!!

I've been totally satisfied with my new 2015 Nissan Altima. Just had my first oil change and tire rotation - complimentary for 1st visit. All the people I've dealt with have been great. It's obvious management is committed to providing excellent customer service.

I recently bought my first car from Gunn Nissan! Even though this was MY first car, my family has been buying cars from the Gunn family since the mid 1990's. This car was our 5th vehicle from Gunn. You would think after all these years and all these purchases I would go straight to one of the Gunn locations to purchase my car first; that's not the case. I shopped around for years, made spreadsheets, visited various locations with the "best deal" for specific cars (according to the app with the bell curve...). Those locations either didn't have the selection or pressured me into cars I wasn't interested in making me feel less than worthy of service. Not at Gunn Nissan (or any Gunn for that matter). From sales, to financing, to the general manager--everyone is happy to help at anytime. My representative Raul still remembered me two weeks after my purchase, remembered what I do for a living, and got me a key cover. Not only does Gunn give amazing, comprehensive buying options even if you are just looking, Gunn provides a comfortable environment for buyers with bonuses like free waters, owners classes (like a how to get the most out of your Nissan i.e. tech. and gadgets class), and massages while your car is getting services. I haven't used these resources yet, but I don't know of other dealers going this far to ensure customer satisfaction. My customer loyalty is going to be continued, and I'm happy to be a part of the Gunn family.

My husband and I just purchased a Nissan Murano and a Nissan Altima at Gunn Nissan. I wanted to make sure to thank both of our salesmen Raul Guzman and Cornell Gray, Socrates in the financial department and Jaime the sales manager. This is one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. They were able to meet our expectations and we were treated with professionalism and respect. We were never pushed into buying anything and left very happy. The place is beautiful and had a place for my child to play and enjoy her time while we were trying to find out all the information. They took the time to go over all of our paperwork clearly and go over each of our new Nissan's new features. Besides all of our excitement with the new Nissan experience, this place has a fun water fountain which me and my little one enjoy. Thanks again to you all. We love our cars and yes we are coming back when the time comes. :)

Victor was a great salesman. We were able to have a normal conversation without the pushy questions from a negotiation dealer. In case you don't know, Gunn Nissan is a no-haggle dealership, which basically means it's like going to a store and buying something. If the product costs $3.99 + tax, that's the price. There is no asking for a lower or higher price. I thought it was just word games at first and didn't fully believe there was no haggling, but it was, in fact, the case. It made things way easier and it showed in the customer service. The salesmen are paid on salary, not on volume or commission. My wife and I really enjoyed our experience there and will be returning next time we are in need of a vehicle. Also, Isaac, one of the finance employees recommened SoLuna to eat later. It is a Mexican restaurant right around the corner from the dealership and the food is AMAZING. We had the enchiladas and now we have to go back. We also took some of their green salsa and orange salsa to go because we loved it so much. Thanks, Isaac!

Disappointed at the fact that my 2013 Nissan Altima needs a new compressor for the A/C. I'm still paying on the car as it is less than 3 years old and this is a repair which runs $1200. (Just don't have that kind of money when I am still making payments on the car! I was encouraged to call Nissan directly and sadly, they too were unable to help. It's unfortunate that I made the decision to purchase another Nissan due to reliability and then to have to deal with this costly repair that I simply can't pay for. Living in TX without a working AC is disgusting. I was really hoping they would stand behind their product but, sadly they declined to make it right. The people I spoke with were really kind when they said, "Sorry, we just can't fix the compressor." They did however offer to give me 9k for my vehicle of which I currently owe $14,500 on and they can get me into a brand new Nissan Altima with a working AC and the they would recommend that I also purchase the extended warranty because you just never know which would increase my payments, start the loan all over, and ...! I will certainly never purchase a Nissan again! As a side note my A/C in my Toyota which is 10 years old and has 124k miles on it works like a champ with no issues, nor has it ever had any issues! (knock on wood) I do thank those that tried to help. Unfortunately, the people that could actually help, chose not to!

Jim, We're sorry for the trouble you're having with your air conditioner. For a variety of reasons, air conditioning repairs can sometimes be surprisingly costly. I just purchased my 3rd Nissan Altima from Gunn Nissan. John Alvarez has taken great care of my family every time. No hassle, no issues. We are to the point now that I reach out on the internet, tell John Alvarez which car I want and it is magically ready for me to deal with paperwork and drive home by the time I get there. Time is precious and John Alvarez makes sure mine is never wasted. I am a very happy customer!
