(2014 Review) My wife and I had been considering trading out of her gas guzzler vehicle and into something more fuel friendly. I already had her vehicle appraised by Gunn Nissan 11 days prior to our purchase and they still honored the appraised value. Derek, our sales person, was great. He was very patient and accommodating. We had our 2.5 year old son with us so needless to say, it was quite a task keeping him calm. We have always have a great experience at Gunn dealerships and Gunn Nissan has set the bar higher. Great job everybody. Special thanks to Derek (Sales) and Rick (Finance) for a wonderful experience. (New 2015 Review) My wife and I have purchased many cars from multiple Gunn Dealerships and we have always had a positive experience and this time was no exception. This is our second vehicle purchase with Gunn Nissan and our sale team (Derrick & Hilary) were great. Derrick remembered us from the previous purchase and was ready to assist us with finding the perfect vehicle for our needs & budget. They let us test drive multiple models to have something to compare against a few other vehicles located at non-Gunn dealerships. We test drove vehicles at other dealerships and even let them talk finance numbers with us but all they were interest in was low-balling our trade-in and adding accessories they said we needed to have! After multiple "No, that's not what we want!" answers, we left and went straight to Gunn Nissan to select our new vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Financing was a breeze and "AK" was great. I know this style of buying vehicles isn't for everyone but it works for our family and we are very grateful the Gunn employees take pride in there work. Thanks Gunn for another wonderful buying experience. - Joe

The modo should be changed from one simple price to one simple sale. The process of purchasing a vehicle can be a pain staking one but not with the Gunn family. From start to finish you have the piece of mind knowing that each step along the way you are guided by industry professionals who want to help enhance your knowledge of the vehicle you are purchasing and enjoy what should be a fun, exciting experience. From sales to service Gunn Nissan knows what it takes to keep the customer happy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to give the folks at Gunn a shot.

New review: Today it is raining in Austin and I'm just not liking this at all. My new Nissam Altima leaks water from inside inside, right below the foot rest. There are electronic components and God knows what, and there is water leak! I don't know what could happen if there is an electric short circuit. The new car had major problems from the beginning. During summer the AC wasn't working at all. I had to go to Town North Nissan to get the whole unit replaced (on a brand new car!). Then came the rainy season and there was a water leak somewhere around July/August. Yes I reported that problem to guys at Town North Nissan and they could not reproduce the problem, that was completely surprising as I showed them the picture of water leak as well. Today after 4-5 months it is raining a lot in Austin and the car has same problems yet again! They have given me a defective car I think. I don't know what else to do but hope they see the review and take care of this problem. Previous review: First things first, they gave me the best deal on the new Nissan Altima. I drove from Austin to San Antonio to purchase the vehicle. The people here take good care of you. First I talked to Alex Carrera, he is a great guy and was very friendly. He gave me enough time to ride the vehicle until I was comfortable to make a decision. On the day of the purchase Mark Silver, came to pick me up at the Greyhound Station. I would like to thank Isaac Chacon as well, as the financial matters were completed in a very short amount of time.

I highly recommend Gunn Nissan for a stress and haggle free buying experience. Kevin J and Socrates made my girlfriends first buying experience way better than my two buying another brand. No games at Gunn no bait and switch. Not only do they have great prices but great customer service as well, a pretty rare combination if you ask me. Thanks.

Never ever take your vehicle to be serviced at this dealership or by any Nissan vehicle for that matter. I serviced my Nissan Titan in April of 2014 for a warranty repair in my windows. They informed me that my power steering was leaking and some washer in the oil tank needed repair. Oh and they also told me I needed an alignment. My truck was under warranty so they covered the costs. When I took my vehicle home it felt like it was falling apart. Everything from major vibration, to feeling like my truck was falling apart on the road, clicking noises every time I pushed on the brakes. Speaking everywhere. I took it back to the dealership three different occasions and stated there was nothing wrong with it. Everything was normal they said. They even told me its a truck, its suppose to drive rough, and not to use the a.c. on return, and no armoral because it makes the squeaking noises. I called nissan consumer affairs took my car to World Car Nissan, same thing there. We cant find anything you will have to wait till something breaks. They also told me it was my tires that made my truck drive rough and the noise coming from them also. So I bought new tires, no change. Called Nissan consumer affairs again. Again I took it to another dealership low and behold 9,000 worth of repairs!!! All that should have been found from day one!!! Nissan consumer affairs worthless denied my claim because my truck is no longer under warranty, but all 4 times that I attempted for them to find what was wrong it was under warranty!! Dealership is denying to fix repairs, no help at all!! But tgey did tell me maybe its time to trade it in!! Will never buy another Nissan ever!!! I am going to sue this company, shady business. Thank you nissan for leaving a single mother with out a vehicle. Oh might I add that the power steering that they repaired just in april was leaking....worse company ever to buy from. If you ppl ever have to service your car at Nissan because you dont have a choice, go to Ancira they actually listen to you and detect problems before your vehicle is worth nothing!!

Upon looking at the truck 4 times, we were unable to find anything additional that needed repaired. The other dealership you speak of is not representative of our business or service reputation, and are disappointed that we received the poor review after meeting with you multiple occasions, and repairing the issues under warranty.

Everyone was very polite and courteous. It started when we first arrived. A door greeter opened the showroom door for us, asked if we cared for a soda or water and showed us the waiting area until the salesperson our appt was with arrived. John J met us and was very nice, respectful, showed value of our time and very knowledgeable. His followups, communication and meeting our needs was his main priority. I would recommend this dealership and John as a great salesman to friends and family. Job well done Gunn!

The best dealer!!! I was shopping for a certified used car.. Checked other dealers and when I wanted to leave everyone would try to "pressure sell to me". Was so annoyed. But Gunn Nissan was so good. No pressure sell. I checked an altima and then I said I want to check few other dealers then the agent was friendly and said "please check others and buy the best you want." Felt so good... But I had chosen a Toyota Camry so didnt buy here. But for my next car, will surely consider them the first
