I agree with Trisha and the Pope. Just be good. Forget about why or because you want to get to "heaven". Just be good. Period. I'm sooo in the Okedokeezone.

I also agree with Phil on the Creator of Nightmares job. I mean that takes way more thought and creativity than making the happy dreams, right?

On the QOTD: I think "it's the thought that counts" kind of applies here. It's not a matter of either/or when it comes to donating to individual people or organizations. There are local organizations that take donations and put them to immediate, good use. Generally, I believe, donations to larger organizations see that donation disappear in the machinations of that group, but that's not always true. Giving to individuals is also, in practical terms, iffy. You just can't follow the money 24-7 in either situation. So, my thought is, if you want to donate and/or help a person or cause out, then do it. Do the requisite research on groups ahead of time, do the same as much as you can for campaigns on Indiegogo and other crowdfunding sites, but contribute. We need more people to even just think about doing something more than just for themselves. That alone will put us all in a better place.

I'm surprised nobody said they'd go on tour with Weird Al. Sounds like that tour would be right up SFN's alley. I would say Kanye West just for all the crazy and I could hang in the back with Jesus during the shows.

And 21:19 says what???

I wanna see a "Trish watches Horror Movies" show on this channel. Everyone would start with a flashback to a Tabletalk where Trish says she's never seen such-and-such before. Then, lights dim and screaming for the whole show.

Praise Machinima for producing this awesome short film. Praise Tim Daniel & Mehdi Cheggour for creating a great giant monster property like Enormous. I'm hoping, HOPING, that this gets picked up for series. It would be such a shame if we couldn't see the end to this story.

My top 5 (leaving out the Pixar films) are:

5) The Fox and The Hound - It was the very first Disney film I can recall watching.
4) The Little Mermaid - Alan Menken and Howard Ashman were musical geniuses.
3) Aladdin - Their last collaboration was great. Robin Williams was awesome and who can forget Carpet?!
2) Nightmare Before Christmas - This hits all my sweet spots. Halloween. Christmas. Stop motion animation. Oingo Boingo! Nearly perfect in my opinion.
1) Lilo & Stitch - I'm Hawaiian so this was made for me. From the soundtrack to the pidgin accents to the beautiful backgrounds. I love the slight melancholy that goes throughout the movie. You're right. This is about a broken o"hana fixing itself and moving on. Which is also what Stitch is doing in the movie, too. There's so much here I just absolutely love love LOVE.

Oh, and special mention to Princess and the Frog. The last classically animated film from Disney and "classic" is pretty much what it is. It's old school Disney to a tee.

Trisha's my new favorite Tabletalker for name-checking Jingle Belle. Second favorite: Meg for name-checking Battle Pope. Also, I would totally be Jack Skellington. He's the mayor of Halloweentown (who wouldn't want to run that place?) and he gets to discover the joys of Christmas and BE Santa Claus! Best of both worlds.

If you're gonna throw Titanic in there, then try this.

The movie: The Big Hit
The asshole: Cisco (Lou Diamond Phillips)
The girl: Keiko Nishi (China Chow)
You are: Melvin Smiley

China Chow is cute and everything, but I'm not letting Richie Valens beat my ass (or probably shoot me) just to hold her hand.
